Welcome to our beautiful Mountain town at 7,000 feet!

Wake up to breathtaking Mountain Views with this perfect getaway in the pines! Located close to downtown, NAU, Arizona Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, as well as parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, and dining! This fabulous home is calling your name whether you are looking for relaxation or your next adventure!
This clean and comfortable home is centrally located in one of the best neighborhoods in Flagstaff, Presidio in the Pines, close to I-17 and I-40.

Upon entering the home you will be welcomed by a bright and inviting open floor plan. The living room is an ideal space to relax while watching the 50" TV or to cozy up with a book near the gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living room and has all you need to cook meals and enjoy company. The dining table seats 6 with 4 additional seats around the kitchen island.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a balcony that provides stunning views of the San Francisco Peaks. The master bedroom also includes a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a comfortable queen size bed with a TV and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #3 contains two sets of bunk beds with a walk-in closet (with toys for kids).

In the garage- ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 240 volt EV charging station charges any EV up to 9x faster than a normal wall outlet. UL listed for electrical safety. ENERGY STAR certified for efficiency. 23 foot charging cable provides ample reach.
Please notify us if you intend to use the charge so we can turn the system on.

Great Place and Location

Very nice and clean property. Great location with short walking distance to parks. Short drive to downtown as well.We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Spring break

Great location and very comfortable place to stay with family. It’s definitely one of the places you want to stay again. Thank you Sarah for letting us check in early. That winter storm was really a great experience for us- waking up early like it’s Christmas again!

Love the place - but vacation rentals are no longer an affordable option

Everything about the property was wonderful but the added fees, markups, insurance make a 200/night stay into 440/night stay. I wish we could afford to stay more often.

Wonderful Flagstaff Property

This property was clean and just as advertised. It had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was responsive to questions I had prior to our stay. We've stayed in several rentals in Flagstaff, and I think this one was the best. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Nice Place

It was a beautiful, clean, relaxing place for our family to stay at while in town with our NAU Lumberjack. Very nice neighborhood, we took family pictures at the nearby park in the pines! We will definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to friends.

Great flagstaff home!

This was a great, well taken care of home! Had everything we needed and was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We did love that there was noise sound machines in each bedroom so it could drown out some of the traffic noise at night. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful house

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, in a great neighborhood and exactly what I was hoping for when I made the booking. It was a good base for us to explore the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff, while also being close to grocery stores and restaurants. Sarah was very responsive with all communication. I loved the view of the mountain from the master bedroom. There is some road noise from the highway, but we were all able to sleep well with the fans and white noise machines provided. We also really appreciated having a cooler available. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We stayed at this property when our swim team was visiting NAU for swim camp. The house was perfect, only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness is the floor needed to be mopped. Our feet were black in the bottom when walking around barefoot. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Summer in Flagstaff

We spent approximately six weeks in this property over summer. It was spacious and clean and everything you need to spend time away from home. Worked perfectly and kitchen was well stocked Very comfortable location. It’s in a wonderful area in a very quiet neighborhood with excellent opportunities to walk and cycle. It’s a perfectly located property, close to everything downtown and close to the interstates and highways. Really couldn’t ask for a better spot Most of all the property owners were fantastic. They were extraordinarily responsive and friendly, and helped us with everything that we needed.. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this spot

Flagstaff Visit

Spectacular property- the size of the downstairs living, dining and kitchen area was amazing. It has a very large, full size kitchen, including a walk in pantry. It is will stocked with cooking utensils. The cleanliness was off the scale. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was immediately responsive to one minor issue we had. The only slight negative is for light sleepers in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. They are upstairs on the back side of the unit and face a highway. Otherwise a beautiful home.

Clean, spacious, perfect for our trip!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids ranging 12-8 staying for a couple days. We all fit comfortably. Home is clean and doesn't have a bunch of clutter decorations taking up counter space. The owner is very easy to communicate with through texts. We ended up getting snowed in during some crazy snowstorm and she had someone clean the drive way and steps so we were able to get out. Looking forward to staying again!

Great Family Vacation Home!

We are a blended family that has never travelled to Arizona before. With our children’s ages ranging from 12-21 we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our home away from home in Flagstaff. The property was gorgeous and clean and Stacy was so helpful! From giving us suggestions on where to visit to even providing us with a cooler for our Daily adventures. Flagstaff was a great spot for day trips in all directions to take in as much as this beautiful state has to offer and I couldn’t imagine having stayed anywhere else! Thank you for sharing your home and helping our family create many beautiful memories!
