Just steps to Entertainment, Arts, Shopping, Dining and the Canal Waterfront. Great location to all casinos and close to the Giants spring training baseball stadium.

Tons of activities such as mountain biking, hiking at Camelback Mountain, and stroll the Soleri Bridge along the canal.

After a long day of shopping and sightseeing, take a dip in the nearby gated courtyard pool.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our stay in Scottsdale. The location was ideal for walking or getting a short uber to the entertainment scene. The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The host was very kind and accomodating. Highly recommend this location.

Great Location! Great Host!

This location is exactly as described and the host is amazing! Plenty of eateries and shops are within walking distance and just a very short drive, if you choose. The neighbors were a delight and super friendly. Ryan was very communicative and SUPER accommodating! I couldn’t say nicer things about the host. The beds are super comfy. The pool is steps away from your door. Scottsdale was amazing and I’ll definitely use this location again when I’m back!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time. Close to downtown old scottsdale. Plus we did some day trips and everything was within an hour!! So glad we found this treasure. I would stay here again!!

Perfect Spot to Enjoy Scottsdale!

This was a perfect condo to stay in to enjoy Scottsdale! Walking distance or a short drive from many restaurants. The condo was very clean and spacious. The area is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. The owners were easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great place, great host!

This property worked perfectly for three of us exploring Scottsdale. First I have to compliment the host, Ryan. Five star communication and support for our stay before and after. The unit is super clean and well decorated. It’s a corner unit with lots of light and easy access to the carport and street parking. The community is quiet and neighbors friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Grounds, the cafe across the street, for coffee and breakfast or relaxing with a beer or wine on the patio. Walking to Old Town Scottsdale is a breeze. We will definitely reconnect this and book again when we return!

The apartment was well appointed and well situated. It is in easy walking distance to the restaurants and retail offerings of the Old Town district. The entry/exit information was clear and concise. There was a strong cleaning agent odor when we entered and I reported this to Ryan. He replied promptly and plans to address the issue. I would definetly stay there again.

Nice place in a central location.

Landing in a strange town at night is not ideal and that’s how my trip began. When my GPS took me to the apartment complex I thought I was lost. So at 9:30 PM I called Ryan. Who thankfully answered. He helped me find my parking spot and the apartment. It’s a nice place with everything you could need. It was too cold to swim but there’s a nice pool in the small courtyard. This place is close to everything which is awesome. We went to the zoo, the botanical gardens, frontier land. Tonto park. Nothing was further than 40 min. Old Scottsdale’s a short walk. I thought it was odd that shops closed early. Like 5:00! So go early. Olive and Fig restaurant- yum!

Within walking distance to so many interesting and fun spots in old town Scottsdale. Ryan was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of our questions!We highly recommend the coffee shop Grounds on Second, and Alo Café, both very close.

Fantastic location, fantastic stay!

My best friend and I met up for a long weekend and had the best stay at this wonderful property! First of all, the location is perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to all the shopping and art and restaurants of Old Town, while also being tucked away on a quiet street. The condo was very up to date and stylish and very clean. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. We loved all the extras in the kitchen. It was nice to have shampoo, etc in the shower (which isn’t always provided). Directly across the street was a little coffee/cocktail/sandwich shop that was delicious and handy. And the Valley Ho spa was an easy 5 minute walk. Without question, we will try to stay here again on a future visit!

It appears nicely decorated but it's lipstick on a pig. Definitely stay here if you want fleas, mite, or bed bugs!!

A Great Gem!

Wonderful communication with Ryan! This condo is truly a gem! Quiet complex and community, and definitely close to shopping, places to eat! Convenient to the highway to get to everywhere! My only issue was the map programs were not always 100% timely at night and we ended up going around the block! Ha ha We will definitely stay again when wr come back to Phoenix/Scottsdale. Thank you again!

NIce Scottsville Trip

Our quick trip between the holidays to Scottsville was spent in Ryan's rental unit. The Kitchen had all the essential items, the living area was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. One of the best things was the location. It was close to the airport and there was easy access to great hiking, high end Scottsdale art galleries, and great shops and restaraunts in Old Scottsdale were within walking distance.

Thanksgiving getaway

Came down with wife and daughter to enjoy some nice weather and get away from the cold and wet Northwest. Was a great trip with warm sunny weather. The location was perfect for getting out to walk along the canal and go to some great shops and places to eat. The location was great to go to ASU game and not too far from airport as well. Only issue was figuring out the laundry app, but not a show stopper and not any fault of our host. Hope to use this location again. Thank you for a very nice

Walking distance to everything. Great property!

I went on a solo trip and knew I wouldn’t have a car. This was the perfect place for that. Cute little cafe across the street and 5 min walk to Starbucks. Tons of restaurants within a 10 min walk. I had groceries delivered. Really nice condo with everything you would need. Ryan was great and very helpful. I had a bit of trouble finding the place because I got there at night but once I got my bearings, no problem. Parking was right outside of I did have a car.

We love to explore the world, but for 2020 we 'made lemonade' out of the year and ventured to our neighboring state of Arizona to see all that it has to offer.

Per our friend's suggestion, we explored Scottsdale and it was love at first sight!

Just this past year we uprooted from California and moved full time to the Phoenix area.

We happily share our 'pride and joy' with those looking to explore Scottsdale.

Whenever we travel, having instant amenities to 'all the fun things' is of the highest priority. This Scottsdale residence is no exception.

Being one who enjoys exercise and leisurely walks, our place is conveniently located close to restaurants, retail shops, movie theatre and nightlife.

One could walk into and around 'Old Town ' and not feel the need for a car during their time in this historic neighborhood.
