Beach Access: The home is conveniently located just a short 4-minute car ride or ten-minute bike ride to three of the island's best beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach.

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Ground Level: Join us for beach living at its best! After a long day at the beach take a shower in the outdoor shower then jump in the HEATED private pool. You have a poolside TV and propane grill for hours of entertainment. You can fit one car in the garage.

First Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven. Quartz countertops throughout and an island has a sweeping view of the amazing sunsets over the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring sliding glass doors that open up to the first floor deck with panoramic views of the marsh. Here you can enjoy a cup coffee on the swing bed or sit and relax in the chairs. There is also a king bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV and a full-size bathroom.

Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed, large flat screen smart TV and a beautifully detailed trey ceiling. The master bath has double sinks vanity and a full tiled glass door shower. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room has two twin over full bunk bunkbeds one with a twin pullout trundle and a large flat screen smart TV, and stocked full of board games for the kids to enjoy. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom complete with a tiled tub/shower combo. The laundry area is also on this level and has a full size washer/dryer.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
