Steamboat Dream Vacation welcomes you to our charming Eaglepointe Townhouse just minutes from downtown and the Steamboat Ski Resort. This 4-bedroom, 4 full bathroom home is a true gem, boasting fantastic views of the ski area from two balconies and expansive Emerald Mountain views from the bedrooms. This home is made for memories as you cozy up next to the fire, sip on hot coco and relax with family and friends.
The multi-floor layout of this home is perfect for providing privacy and tranquility. As you enter the townhouse, you will find an open area to store ski equipment and outdoor gear. On this level is the 1st of four bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Head up one flight of stairs to the main floor to find an open kitchen and living room concept, including an attached balcony overlooking Steamboat Ski Resort. On the opposite side of the second level you will find a full bathroom with washer and dryer and the 2nd bedroom with queen bed and breathtaking views of the Sleeping Giant mountain. On the third floor there are two additional bedrooms both with ensuite full baths. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed for the kids, while the 4th bedroom has a queen bad and its own private balcony to view the stunning evening Alpenglow.

Condo is an 8 minute drive to the Ski Resort or a 5 minute drive to Downtown. It is also on the Steamboat Springs public transit YELLOW bus line.
This is a corner unit townhouse connected to other units.
Parking for two vehicles is available in the lot outside of the unit. The garage is not available as it’s used for owner storage
Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night.
We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.
We do not have mail services to the house. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
There is a gas grill located on the first balcony of the house. There is a $50 grill cleaning fee applied if used.
