Profitez d'une vraie plage de vacances dans cette unité calme, spacieux de deux chambres dans un immeuble en bord de mer. L'unité est située au centre ville de Ocean City où vous trouverez moins de monde sur la plage.

L'unité dispose de nouveaux appareils, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine complète, et un garage pour 2 véhicules. Service Internet dédié avec WiFi supporte iPads trop. Amenez la famille et votre matériel de plage et préparez-vous pour le fun!

Le maître a un lit King avec un matelas hôtel de qualité, la 2ème chambre a un lit complet et Twin.

Propre, bien entretenu unité montre la fierté du propriétaire - pas seulement une location «à vue invisible '. L'unité est inspecté avant / après l'arrivée afin d'assurer à nos normes élevées sont maintenues.

Vous aurez la commodité d'être en un seul niveau, de sorte que vous pouvez accéder à la piscine et la plage par les escaliers sans attendre un ascenseur. Étape directement à partir du sable pour les douches extérieures.

Le balcon offre une vue sur la piscine et l'océan. Il est sur le même niveau que la piscine de sorte que vous pouvez surveiller les enfants sans avoir à quitter l'unité, ou à les rejoindre et s'asseoir près de la piscine dans l'une des chaises longues!

Nous sommes un facile 2-bloc de marche de l'Hôtel Hilton (idéal pour la gastronomie), et 2 pâtés de maisons du Château-dans-le-sable où ils accueillent la musique live tous les jours en plein air (en saison).

Great condo!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of five, plus my inlaws, to stay in Ocean City for the week! It had plenty of space inside the condo, the pool was right outside of our balcony, and the beach was steps away. If you’re looking for a place with everything you could need, this condo is for you!

Take the grandkids to the beach

We had a great time! Condo was lovely, spacious, and spotless! Being just steps from the beach was great with little kiddos and all of their extras. Kids loved the pool, too! The area is quiet, but close to activities and shops. Everyone left happy and rested. I highly recommend!!

Very convenient and close to the beach for a family of 5 with young children. Ed was very responsive and easy to get a hold of and answer questions. We would stay there again!

Convenient beachfront condo

Beautiful condo, with 2 full baths right on the beach. Close to the rides but far enough away from the noise and excess people. Small outdoor pool, but we were often the only people in it. We like a post beach dip in a pool before supper. Owner super helpful about everything. Gave us a "tour" of everything at the condo over the phone. Staff at condo friendly and helpful.

Quiet and Convenient

We stayed here off season - to attend Oceans Calling. It was really quiet, given the 50K people in town for the festival. The condo is spacious; parking is great. And it's convenient to the beach, boardwalk (which starts a few blocks away), restaurants, and shops.

Property manager was easy to communicate with. The place is a great size for 3-6 people and is in a fantastic location with quick beach access. I would definitely recommend.

Quick 2 night stay in the dead of winter. Location was perfect for us. Beach side but we weren’t there for the water. Across the street from convention center. The inside is Ocean City worn but everything worked and it did the job.

Good location and great space

Great location, condo has its own pool and is on the beach. Ample parking in garage. Condo is spacious and each room had a tv. Traveling w a family, it was cumbersome to bring all our own linens, paper goods, hand soap etc. I was aware of this beforehand, just more of an annoyance.

Quick getaway

The owner was very friendly and accessible if any problems came up. We had no issues that needed his assistance however it was nice to know I could reach him if necessary. The location was perfect for beach access and the unit was nicely decorated. The only thing I would say is the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. We only stayed a couple of days so we made do. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quick getaway.

Summer beach

I’m almost certain the condo was not cleaned, bathrooms and tubs and floors were very dirty, shower head broken, moldy bathroom, broken blinds, broken coffee table, the king size bed missing one leg, and resting on a piece of wood block. I think it would be fair if we get reimbursed for the cleaning cost.

Wouldn't rent again

First off I need to recognize Ed the owner. He was very nice and easy to work with. The property itself is very dated. Cabinets in the kitchen were hanging crooked. The floor was ceramic tile, which is great for the beach. The night we arrived is was in bare feet. After walking around the Condo my feet were almost black on the bottoms. The floors was not clean. The hanging curtains were mostly broken. The view, well let's just say it is not appealing. You look right out over the dumpsters. I feel the property was overpriced for what you get.

Disappointing

I booked this listing for an annual girls weekend. My friends and I were excited until we got to the property. When we checked in we found out the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we had paid what we paid for the property. The owner tried to offer an alternative pool but it was too far away. There is a ocean view but through the pool fence. The unit balcony faces the alley. We found mildew/mold in both bathrooms. We were unable to connect to the secured Wi-Fi after multiple attempts. And it was inconvenient to bring all linens, towels/washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex and soap. There were a few communication challenges with the owner at times but he seemed very nice when we did connect. Although, we were disappointed in the property for what we paid we really liked the location. We were allowed to check-in early which was appreciated the flexibility. It is steps from the ocean, the beach is beautiful. The unit is very spacious and the parking is connected and easy to access from the unit and the street. There are also some nice perks like a few boogie boards and umbrella in the closet (we did not use). Overall, the location was great and size was perfect. Yet, the cleanliness was a concern and no pool and no direct ocean view was disappointing. We will not rebook for next year and will find something better for the price we paid.

Fantastic

My family and I really did enjoy staying here the only minor set back was that we did not realize how far it was from the board walk we usually park our car the day we get there and walk the entire rest of the time so we don’t fight for a parking spot although we did have to drive to the board walk we always had a parking spot for us we loved that !! The rooms were nice and homey and we enjoyed the beach access and the double balcony that was a nice touch !! Our host Ed, for the few days we were there was very welcoming walked us through everything and made it very easy and accommodating also very polite we had absolutely no issues and would stay again !!

Great location

Great location and stay. The owner was very nice and attentive. My only negative comment is I don't think the balcony railing slats are up to code. My 14 month old granddaughter was able to walk through them.

Excellent Location

Excellent location in Midtown OCMD. Right on the beach and close to water/amusement parks. Everything within walking distance without the congestion of the Southern portion of the Island. Updated kitchen with newer appliances. The property was well maintained and pool kept clean. Only issue with the rental was that the electronics need to be updated. The living room TV did not receive any channels, the master bedroom TV was an old outdated tube TV and the wifi connection kept going in and out. A minor inconvenience but on the positive side, it reduced the kids time on the electronics.

We continue to vacation in OC every year. We have tried other east-coast locations but nothing compares to the enjoyment and conveniences of Ocean City, MD.

Just 7 blocks from the north end of the famous Boardwalk, this mid-town location enjoys a less crowded beach yet is within easy access of the area's best attractions. We are in good company too - the Hilton is just 3 blocks away and the Castle-in-The-Sand is a well-known favorite for locals who have discovered a fun, family vacation destination.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A swimmer's delight - you have easy access to the beach or pool, and outdoor showers. Walk 7 blocks to the Boardwalk Tram Stop and take the Tram all of the way down to the Inlet where you'll find rides, arcades, fishing pier, museums and plenty to eat. You may also park on the upper garage deck, and access the unit without steps or an elevator.
