This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is set on the 26th floor of Opal Tower in Dubai Marina. It is spread over 144 sqm and has capacity for 4 people.
The living room is stunning! The panoramic view over the Marina will make you fall in love with the place! The room includes a large L-shaped beige sofa, topped with patterned cushions to match the antique carpet underneath. A side table, plants, decorations, and a 50’’ HD Smart TV are also available. From this seating area, you can access a private balcony for you to float over the Marina waters as you drink your morning coffee.

Next to the living room is a large dining room with a rectangular wooden table and 6 matching chairs, nested over a similar antique carpet for added luxury. Plants and wall decor also fill the place.
The kitchen at the apartment is gorgeous! Nested near this vast open space area, it is beautifully filled with white cabinets and white countertops. It comes with equipment such as, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, freezer, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, trash cans, gas stove and, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil facilities and Nespresso machine.

The two bedrooms inside are as beautiful as the rest of the apartment!
The first bedroom includes a grey king-size bed, dressed with fresh white linens and grey cushions. Nightstands with lamps, a bench, a large mirror, beautiful rugs, and plants are also available in the room. There’s also a walk-in wardrobe with hangers. The room also has panoramic window glass overlooking the beautiful marina, as well as access to the shared balcony.
The bathroom connected to this room includes a walk-in shower cabin with curtain glass, beautiful washbasin with mirror, and a toilet.
The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, beautiful nightstands with lamps, rugs, plants, bench, and large wardrobe, also with magnificent marina views!

There’s also a second bathroom at the apartment, also including a shower cabin, a toilet and a washbasin. Toiletries like cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, a washing machine, a drying rack for clothing, as well as room-darkening shades in the rooms.

There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
