A Ruined Vacation, Terrible Property Management
We save year around for a long weekend of skiing with our kids!! A hot tub is one of, if not the the most important amenity in our decision making process. We have a family tradition of hitting the hot tub each evening after skiing, it's truly the best! On our first evening after skiing, the hot tub was lukewarm warm at best. Fortunately a nice lady representing the property came by to secure the 2 tubs and we notified her of this problem. The second night, again after a long day of skiing, we were very much looking forward to our expected hot tub experience. We all showed up in our bathing suits, towel in hand and appropriate attire and to our utter disappointment and dismay, both hot tubs were now ice cold and not working! No notice, no signs posted, no texts to us, no sign of effort to resolve.I immediately called/text/emailed the property management in my attempt to get this issue resolved-no success and another night without this much expected amenity and no return calls for updates or status of this issue.The property manager Adam, finally responded on day 3, he laid blame on the HOA for not responding and fixing the issue. Moreover, he stated this is an on going problem with them, which begs the question, why didnt he explain this from the beginning and why does this problem still exist? Their problem was conveniently transferred to us, now our problem! I pray that VRBO corporate reads this, such a big disappointment and even worse follow up and resolve.
