Situé dans la belle ville de Telluride, à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques n ° 7 et du sentier de la rivière San Miguel.

Convient aux piétons; restaurants, boutiques et lieux de festival sont à distance de marche. Situé de l'autre côté de la rue se trouve une zone de prise en charge / retour gratuite pour la navette de la ville. Environ 4-5 blocs est une télécabine gratuite qui permet d'accéder de la ville de Telluride à la ville de Mountain Village.

Il y a une suite parentale très spacieuse avec un lit king-size et une couette en duvet. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un futon / canapé qui peut accueillir une personne. Un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 48 pouces est au-dessus d'une commode intégrée.

Attaché à la chambre principale, est une salle de bain qui comprend une douche à vapeur et un bain à remous jacuzzi profond.

Il y a une deuxième suite privée d'invité qui a un lit Queen avec une couette en duvet. Il y a une salle de bain attenante avec une combinaison baignoire / douche à remous pour deux personnes.

Une cuisine gastronomique bien aménagée intègre un plan d'étage ouvert ... Idéal pour se divertir! Il y a un bar spacieux, avec 3 tabourets de bar et une table formelle et un ensemble de chaises pouvant accueillir plus de 4 personnes. Il y a un plan d'étage ouvert avec un téléviseur HD 42 ". Sièges confortables devant la cheminée.

La chaleur rayonnante au sol donne une température agréable dans toutes les pièces. La température chaude fait du bien à pieds nus!

Il y a un grand W / D, un parking privé sur place et une épicerie / épicerie à environ un pâté de maisons.

Une terrasse et une cour très spacieuses offrent une entrée privée située hors du salon / salle à manger. Grande cour intérieure pour se divertir en été avec de la place pour ranger les vélos.

Agréments:
Sur le site du parc comme un cadre avec des tables de pique-nique et des barbecues à gaz BBQ. Le spa dispose d'un bain à remous commun intérieur et extérieur. Il y a un sauna et un hammam communs séparés.

Il y a un placard de stockage de matériel de ski / sports couloir privé verrouillé. Le condo a un foyer au gaz, câble HDTV, Wifi et téléphone. La bibliothèque municipale a des vélos, des raquettes à neige, des cannes à pêche à la mouche et bien plus encore pour le check-out.

Activités: ski de neige, ski de fond (système de sentiers élaboré), héliski, snowboard, (sur la montagne) motoneige, escalade sur glace, ski cerf-volant, randonnée, golf, VTT (tout nouveau système de sentiers de classe mondiale sur le ski de montagne), un spa de classe mondiale, équitation, pêche à la mouche, rafting, stand-up paddle, circuits en jeep, tennis, sentiers de neige et de vélo tout terrain et via ferrata.

Les activités amusantes pour les enfants et la famille comprennent l'Académie Telluride et d'autres camps d'apprentissage créatif et des classes / programmes d'artistes en vedette.

La vie nocturne comprend: la musique en direct, le théâtre et les arts du spectacle.

Les festivals incluent, Bluegrass, Balloon, Mountain Film, Jazz, Blues & Blues, Horror Film, Telluride Film, Wine festival et bien d'autres !!

Wonderful location

Our stay was great! The condo is clean and mostly comfortable. It has 3 floors so be prepared to use stairs. Not a problem for our family. The condo is in a great location to hop on the lift. Just a short walk and you’re there. Getting back, there are only blues and blacks down to this side of the mountain, so be prepared for that. Otherwise you can take the gondola from mountain village and endure a good walk. The upstairs gets super warm, the middle bedroom was just right, downstairs the kids were cold. Lots of heavy blankets though to bundle up. The master bedroom was spacious and the bathroom and steam shower were very nice. I will say that the bed lacked comfort for me. I like a little more padding and it felt extremely firm. It was tough to get comfy. I would definitely stay here again and Patty was so attentive and easy to work with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Host answered all the questions we had promptly. Let us know when cleaners were done so we could check in. Host even texted a couple of times during our stay to make sure we were doing ok. Great place . Loved it.

Great bluegrass fest base

Patty’s flat is nicely laid out and very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a wonderful deck with a nice view of one of the ski slopes. It is a stones throw from the path along the river and there is a bus stop right there if the legs are a bit weary. The location is at the near end of town and it is about a mile walk to get to the opposite end of town. Patty is the most helpful and communicative owner who I have ever dealt with in renting vacation properties.

Great property, great location, and great host!

Loved our stay here. The unit was very spacious, and well-appointed and the location couldn't be beat as we could easily walk to Lift #7 to ski. Patty, our host, was gracious and responsive with communications. Hope to come back!

Great location

The location of the condo is great, right across the street from the Cimarron chair lift. The unit is well maintained and a very cozy place. It was ideal for our family with 2 kids. The check-in process was well-detailed and there was a lot of information in the unit for us. The only negative was that the outdoor hot tub for the condo building was not working.

Perfect Location and Great Property

Property was clean and very convenient to Lift 7. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. Between Lift 7 and the Gondola, we could get anywhere in Telluride and Mountain Village by foot. The Kitchen was one of the best stocked I've ever seen. Host was great with communication. This is one of those places where the photos don't do it justice. We will definitely be returning here for our next trip to Telluride.

Wonderful place to stay! Located very close to chair lift 7, Clark’s grocery, and the shuttle pick-up. The place was very comfortable with some nice features. Highly recommend!

Walk to the slopes

We loved our stay at Patty's place in Telluride. Amazing location – we walked 2 minutes right to the slopes every day. Well stocked kitchen. Walkable to amazing bars and restaurants. Plenty of space for our group of 4. En suite bathrooms on each bedroom. We had an issue with the smoke alarms going off one night. Patty was very helpful the next morning and even dropped off some goodies for our troubles. She gave helpful recommendations when we wanted to stay an extra day. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks, Patty!

Great Location

Great location that allowed us to come down for lunch. Lift is less than 5 min walk from the unit. Good kitchen to cook in with all the utensils and pans you could need. Grocery store is a 5 min walk away also.

This condo is located in an excellent location to catch #7 lift by Cimmaron Lodge and to walk to the market or downtown. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms and bathrooms are roomy and well outfitted.

My new Telluride favorite! Terrific lodging property in a central location.n.

I am a frequent traveler to Telluride and I have stayed at dozens of properties. This unit is my new favorite! Comfy with high-end touches, furniture and details. For a Telluride Lodge property, this unit has the best parking access off of a really cute deck. Steam showers! The kitchen is extraordinary and the grocery store is a three-minute walk. Access to the in-town bus is right across the street. We truly loved our stay and hope to return. TV, WiFi, Bose Stereo, Jacuzzi tubs, and much more.

perfect location

We loved our stay in this property. It was compact enough with a lot of space for 2 people but you can easily fit in with 4 people. the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots and pans. Bathrooms were comfortable. We used the patio for afternoon hang outs. Patty was great, checking on us via texts regularly if we needed anything. Definitely we'll be back.

Excellent Telluride location

A very well equipped unit with lots of room. The kitchen had a full complement of utensils and accessories for whatever you wanted to do. We had most of our meals in-house and really appreciated the ability to prepare everything in the kitchen. The balcony offered wonderful late afternoon sun exposure, so after a day of skiing, it was the perfect place to enjoy a post-skiing beverage and review the day.

The perfect condo

Very nice, cozy, and clean, with an at home environment with plenty of amenities for all five of us. The steam shower was perfect after a long day of skiing and the full kitchen was just what we needed. Also, just a short walk to #7 chairlift. Will definitely book this beautiful condo in the near future! Jamie

Great location and clean, quiet property

This property was exactly as listed and it more than met our expectations. It was clean and quiet with comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. We went during ski season and this property has very easy access to the slopes and to Mountain Village with just a quick walk (less than 5 minutes) to the ski lift called "Coonskin". Perhaps the best thing about this property was its proximity to Clark's market. It was nice knowing that anything we needed was within walking distance. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming and accommodating. I do feel the need to warn future renters that this home has two small sets of stairs. Also, the owner has filled her property with many of her own beautiful things such as collectibles, books, plants, and breakables. If you have small children, you should be aware of this (as it may be a lot of work to keep your kids safe from harming themselves or harming the owners' property). We had teens with us, so it wasn't an issue. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in this attractive and comfortable property. It was within walking distance to downtown and Festival grounds and had convenient shuttle access.

Wonderful spring break ski trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back! The location was just steps to the Coonskin lift. The gondola is definitely within walking distance or the Galloping Goose picks up every 10 minutes and drops off right at the gondola as well as many other locations around town. The condo had all the amenities that you could every want and was perfect for my husband, two 16 year olds and myself. Clark’s Market is about a half block away and very easy to walk to for groceries. The alley way by the building made it easy to load and unload our luggage and ski equipment. Definitely recommend!!

We had the most wonderful ski vacation at this property. Very beautiful and up to date with a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, deck, big bedrooms and a nice view of Milkrun on the mountain. The lift is right across the street with access to the entire mountain and downtown just a few block walk. The owner made everything special. The condo was spotless, kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and even fresh flowers when we arrived! I can't imagine finding a better place in Telluride!

Very warm, inviting and comfortable!

This property is the perfect home away from home! The owner does a fantastic job of making her condo feel warm and inviting. The decor is beautiful, the living room is perfect for relaxing and reading a book by the fire (or watching a college football playoff game), and the kitchen is well-equipped for family meals. The location is superb, being a short walk to Coonskin (Lift 7) and right across the street from a shuttle stop. Clarks Market is within walking distance as well and has all the provisions you might need for your stay. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks, Patti!!
