The Space:

Welcome to your ultimate getaway! Set on a lush hillside in El Cajon, this property’s highlight is the amazing backyard entertainment area. Step into your private paradise, complete with a pool, spa, waterslide, and fun games. Inside, the home is designed for a unique escape packed with great amenities.

As you enter, you’ll find a spacious main area that connects the state-of-the-art kitchen, dining space, and cozy living room. The bright, modern layout is ideal for entertaining, watching shows, or unwinding by the fireplace.

Upstairs, you'll find four more private bedrooms, including the main suite with a king bed, a twin bed, and an extra roll-away bed. Other rooms offer flexible sleeping options to fit your needs:

Bedroom #2: One queen bed
Bedroom #3: Twin over twin bunk bed and queen bed
Bedroom #4: One king bed and one twin over twin bunk bed
Bedroom #5 (first floor): King bed

Each bedroom has a Smart TV and plenty of storage for your travel items. An additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located upstairs. The expansive backyard is a dream setup, featuring a large pool that can be heated to 82 degrees year-round, a fun waterslide, and a relaxing jacuzzi. You’ll find a tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded dining area, fire pit, playground, and space for volleyball or badminton. Plus, there's an outdoor TV, a full gym, and a ping pong table, offering plenty of activities for everyone.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and grounds, including the spacious garage, pool, laundry area, and fully fenced front and back yards. You can relax and enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 14 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
