Our home is updated and ready to accommodate your family. Enjoy grilling and relaxing on the beautiful outdoor patio. The pool is just a stones throw away for a swim. TVs in the living room and master bedroom. You'll have less to pack with pool towels to use during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse as well as our community pool.

If you are looking for relaxation, beach, pool, tidal pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in our townhouse.

You can quickly bike, walk, or drive anywhere on the island from this location. Our home is 1 mile from the beach, village, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Additional bikes and golf carts can be rented on the island for a nominal fee.

Please Note: A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be released the day after check out.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
