Quietly nestled in the beautiful gated community of The Hammocks of Seagrove Beach you will find "Driftwood Dream". This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. The first floor living space is an open concept with the living, kitchen and dining areas all together. The cozy living room has a fireplace and ample seating. The dining table has seating for six guests with 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is retro and unique with orange appliances and open shelving. The screened in porch gives a great spot to enjoy the wooded back yard. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed and private en suite complete with a single sink and walk in shower. Additionally on the first floor you will find a powder room and laundry room. The paved side patio has an outdoor shower and grill. 

Head up the stairs to the vaulted second floor where you will find a seating area with a TV and a second screened in porch with ample seating and views of the wooded backyard. There is another a king size guest bedroom and private en suite with a tub/shower combo. There is a guest room with a queen size bed and private en suite with a single sink and tub/shower combo. The bunk room has a two triple stack custom built in bunks - 6 twin size beds - perfect spot for the kids to have an epic slumber party. The hall bathroom is directly across from the bunk room and has a single sink and tub/shower combo. 

This luxurious coastal home is in a quiet location but close to everything! It is located right next to Watercolor and Seaside with lots of shopping and restaurants! Enjoy riding bikes through the community, or take a walk on the walking paths throughout 30A.

3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) LSV Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) There is currently active construction next door to this property.
