Welcome to 1401B Street—your perfect beach getaway! Situated on a sunny corner lot just two blocks from the sand, our newly renovated home is nestled in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood. Relax on the expansive front porch and enjoy the ocean breeze, or kick back in the cozy living spaces inside. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free stay, including:
A fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bar, and island
Dining area and living room with a wide-screen TV
Bedrooms outfitted with fresh new sheets, blankets, and towels
Washer and dryer for your convenience
Outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days
The second-floor loft offers added privacy with:
A queen bed, full bath, living room with TV and fireplace
Kitchenette for light meals and snacks
