Pelican Walk 101 is a beautifully remodeled GROUND FLOOR condo just steps from Pelican Walk's East pool, sugar white sand, and the Gulf! Included is FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach, as a THANK YOU for booking 101!

This PET FRIENDLY 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1550 sq ft condo is BEAUTIFULLY renovated with granite counters, custom cabinets, custom tile bathrooms and coastal furnishings and décor throughout! The master bedroom has a plush king size bed and it's own private patio, a full sized bathroom with custom over-sized shower, double vanities and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom features 1 queen bed and a twin size bunk for families with children! Sit back on the leather reclining sofa and take in the view…Perfect accommodations for a large family or even multiple families sleeping up to 8 people! The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a free standing ice machine and a full size washer & dryer!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach!
The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy:
- Pet fee is $150/per pet, per stay
- 20 pound weight limit per pet
- TWO (2) pet maximum per condo
- At check-in, guest must register each pet by completing the pet registration form and obtain a color coded PET Leash Sleeve

*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guest must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guest that has a qualifying SERVICE animal, must request accommodations at the time of booking!

Had my grandkids with me and they loved being able to walk straight out to the pool and beach. The condo was layed out so well. Stocked with everything you need! Beds were so comfortable and the bunk bed was perfect for my oldest grandson. Looking forward to booking my next stay here.

We brought the two younger granddaughters and they felt like they had their own pool. This unit walks right out to the pool!! Very nice!! Love this location!! The unit is stocked with everything you need and then some. Having the ice machine is a big plus. The beds were very comfortable as always!! Will definitely book this unit again. As always the staff is the BEST!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in this room every year, same week for 10 years now. We truly enjoy our stay. The room is updated and the layout works great for our family. Although the rate increase was shocking, can’t imagine not having our family vacay in this room again. My only suggestion is that the mattress in the master bedroom be replaced or at least a thick soft topper put on. The current mattress is hard as a brick and makes for an unpleasant nights sleep!!! Seriously it’s terrible!!
