- Reservation information must be accurate at the time of booking. Additional fees may be applied for changes after reservations are confirmed. Please contact owner for any updates to your reservation.
Please inform owner if you wish to have a visitor above those entered staying on the Rental Addendum, as you need owner's permission.

Please Note: A photo ID is required to book this property. The homeowner will email the Rental Addendum for signature shortly after booking the property and reserves the right to cancel the reservation if no photo ID or rental addendum is not procured within a reasonable timeframe or not properly completed without alteration.
If desired the Cottage may be rented but only by same person renting the main home and there can be no subleasing. In other words it could be rented for your parents or in- laws, or childcare helper. The fee for the cottage would be an extra fee of $1500 per month, with a maximum of 2 people and absolutely no pets.
