Welcome to Oceanside Oasis on Pensacola Beach! Our home is located on Fort Pickens Road and is only 50 yards to the beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico!

With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and space to sleep 10, this vacation home is perfect for family getaways or a trip to the beach to unite with friends. Sit on the second or third floor balcony and enjoy the view of the Gulf morning, noon, and night. The third level boasts a roof top patio! It is the perfect place to see a Blue Angel fly by every Sunday evening during show season. The fresh sea breeze is sure to rejuvenate you!

All linens, pillows, and bath towel essentials are from My Pillow and are high quality and sure to provide comfort while you rest and relax. The master bedroom walk-in closet has plenty of room to house vacation essentials and the kids will love the bunk house atmosphere. The en-suite master bathroom has a double shower and multi-angle shower heads for a relaxing shower after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and has all condiments provided for immediate needs. Coffee is ready to go after a long trip or to get you going in the morning. The spacious living room and dining area are built for family entertainment and a great dining experience!

A Beach Lover's Paradise

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Oceanside Oasis on Pensacola Beach and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Overall, our stay at Oceanside Oasis was fantastic. The condo, the location, and the amenities all exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation. Absolutely! We can't wait to return to Oceanside Oasis and make more unforgettable memories.

Beautiful location

This was a retirement celebration trip for my husband, he (as well as all of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay, extremely relaxing. The host was very attentive and the home was very well stocked. We would stay in this home again without hesitation. Quiet area and amazing views from every window.

Celebration cookout

We had my son's engagement cookout and the venue could not have been more PERFECT! The host was very communicative, very responsive and accommodating. The views are stunning, ocean view one way, the bay the other way. The home is very well decorating with anything you could possibly need. The location of the home is also great. I ABSOLUTELY would stay at this property again.

Great Spring Break Spot!!

This beautiful home is the perfect getaway spot for our family. We loved the location & how close the beach was from our front door. The house was clean & fully stocked with all our basic needs. The owner, Dave, was exceptional! We enjoyed our stayed and definitely would love to come back!

Great place on the beach with major convenience!

We had a great time at White Sands Cottage. We had four adults and four kids (ages 8-11). The convenience of the location can't be beat! It's quiet enough but still relatively close to restaurants and main beach attractions. The house fit us all perfectly and was a great accommodation for our stay.

Wonderful vacation during Labor day weekends

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and spotless clean. The location is convenient. 1-2 minutes walk to the backyard beach, we didn’t have to cross the street to get to the beach. The beach is clean and not too crowded. Short drive to pensacola beach town and Fort Picken.

Great location and communication

This home is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is fully stocked and just a few steps to the boardwalk for a day on the beach. Walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s and perfect viewing spot for the Blue Angels. Owner communication was stellar.

Beautiful Beach House!!!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful vacation home! It was well appointed with everything we needed, and the host was very attentive and helpful! The partial ocean/beach view was the next best thing to being front row, and the distance to the beach was very close and an easy walk! 😃

Gulf Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and this home accomodated our family of 10 with no problem. The location was great; with a short walk to the gulf beach and a few blocks from the public beach on the bay side. Fort Pickens is a short, scenic drive for exploring the fort, fishing off the pier and relaxing on the beach. David, our host was just great in communicating with us before, during and after checking out. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home. I wish time would have allowed us a longer stay.

First time in country visit

I live here locally, but we had family coming in from Central America who had never been to the US. We all had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this property and it was perfect for everything we needed. Especially the living room space with the kitchen. It was perfect and open for everything we did activity wise in the house together. If you are looking for that space and places to sleep for the whole family. This is the spot.

Great Pensacola Getaway

White Sands Cottages is a great property just off the beach. We had a group of 9 people ranging from 5 to 80 years old and everyone was able to sleep in a comfy bed. The house was very clean and all the basics were provided, including beach towels/chairs/etc. There is ample parking in the ground level garage which is an added bonus. The owner, David, was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Just What We Needed!

Cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our family vacation. David is a wonderful host and very responsive. The location cannot be beat; the beach is steps away and you are just far enough away from the large hotels and resorts that it stays quiet and far less crowded than other areas of the beach. 10/10 would return.

Amazing Beach Home

This property is fantastic. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised that it was better than what it looked like in the pictures. Perfect access to the beach and just a quick golf cart ride to the Pensacola boardwalk. Absolutely Perfect!

This place was amazing! The house is beautiful, had amazing amenities and the kitchen had more stocked than any place we have ever stayed before! Beach access was insanely close, just walk out the door and a few feet later you are on the walkway right into the sand! My teenagers and babies had a blast and so did the adults! The owner was super great, not pushy and annoying like we have experienced in the past.. just an all around cool guy! Oh and there was soooo much room! We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 toddlers and could have easily fit a few more comfortably! Everything about the house and inside the house was name brand ans well taken care of or brand new! We will definitely be back next summer! No need to look elsewhere ever again for our family, because this home has everything we needed or wanted!

Great Family Getaway

This house is awesome! Enter through the clean 2 car garage, filled with beach gear for you to use. 1st floor has three bedrooms .. two perfectly sized rooms with smart TVs and nice sized closets. Master bedroom is EXPANSIVE! Your whole family could sleep in there! Bunk beds in the walk in closet or use it as a room, plus a large bed and a twin bed in the main suite. Fabulous shower with spa features and a washer and dryer + a balcony Next level features a great living space! Large balcony with couch and high top table + grill Large kitchen with great sized refrigerator and an awesome range that even has an air fry function! Island for eating plus a table to seat about 8.. 3 leather sofas and a giant ottoman with a large smart TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Bathroom on this level as well On the top level you will find a sun deck! Views of the ocean and the bay !! Lounger to sun bathe and a table and chairs to watch the sunset, the blue angels fly by and smoke cigars! We loved this house!! Super close to all shopping and dining! Quiet street right on the water! 100% recommend and would stay here again! Pillows and beds very comfortable as well
