Fully equipped kitchen, luxurious furniture and cozy gas fireplace in bright open Livingroom. All rooms have oversized windows facing fabulous lake side backyard. Professionally designed floral landscape, huge pond, and running creek surrounding by Kelly lake, seasonal flowers, mature tress, collected artworks. Inacceptable

Lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte d'entrée, nous avons été fortement incommodés par une très forte odeur d'urine de chat. Il nous été pas possible de séjourner la semaine dans ces conditions. Après en avoir informé l'hôte, nous avons libéré le logement dès le lendemain matin. Il n'y avait pas qu'un problème d'odeur d'urine de chat. - la moquette était très salle dans l'entrée et particulièrement souillée dans le couloir menant aux chambres. - Un des deux éléments du lave-vaisselle était hors service, - Il n'y avait pas assez de vaisselle pour 7 convives, - la tringle supportant le voilage dans la salle à manger était en déséquilibre, - Avons trouvé un insecte mort dans un verre, - la grille de ventilation de la plaque chauffante était imprégnée de graisse, Dans les différents avis, on parle beaucoup du parc arboré qui est très beau et, c'est vrai mais, l'état du logement était dans un état inacceptable. Perfect getaway

Homeowner was excellent to deal with and very responsive. Checked in with us immediately on the first day to make sure everything was going well. Property was just as the pictures show. House was well cleaned and we felt at home. Property was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to watch ducks on the lake each morning from the full picture windows. Was a perfect spot for hosting our family over the holidays. It was a very relaxing place to be and very quiet. Also appreciated the low cleaning cost and the fact that we didn't need to do anything before we left (compared to other places we have stayed). Overall would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. Will definitely be back again.

Charming home with a lot of character

The home feels very lived in and eclectic. For some that may not be what they're looking for but for us it was homey and welcomed. The VRBO is stocked with everything you need and check in/out was a breeze. We also enjoyed walking around the property and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area.

A great family gathering area!

We had family from across Canada coming for a wedding, and this made for a great place to meet and catch up outside the event. Marvelous grounds to watch the birds and very quiet at night too!

Excellent location

The location of the property is in a quiet neighborhood that allows to enjoy the scenic beauty of the backyard. Moreover, Cai was very quick to respond all the time, understood the situation and allowed us to check out a little late. Would rate it the best place to stay out fo the town and would definitely stay again.

Wedding

Very beautiful yard! House is older but very well kept. Immaculate! There is an extra bedroom in a detached cabin right beside the house (Very cute). Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of extra linen. Quiet oasis. Lots of lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We missed having a couch and recliners in the living room. Within 10 minutes of most places that we went to. Highly recommend it.

Excellent quiet place

Had everything we needed, was in a great location. Clean and has a Beautiful yard would be great for a wedding. Host was very accessible during our visit and was super helpful. We will stay again!

There was issues with the heating and hot water But we made the most of it and owner gave us compensation and very apologetic. We still had a wonderful Christmas with the family at the property

A Haven in Heaven

A beautiful spot in a very quiet and tranquil part of Langley. The property is excellent for a visiting family and the garden and surrounds are idyllic. It was very central for our needs and provided all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

Wedding

My wife, family and I stayed for two nights, on the second day we had a small wedding, the scenery and backyard is spectacular, extremely photogenic, our pictures look amazing! The house is also very nice, very clean and the entire house and property share the same aesthetic. Lovely place couldn't have asked foe anything better. Hosts where accommodating and made everything easily accessible! Many thanks to the hosts!

Quaint Langley Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Langley, the garden was beautiful and sprawling and the host was kind enough to accommodate our need for an outdoor table and chairs. However, the oven didn’t work and when we tried to contact the host to get help they wouldn’t help us and then ignored subsequent calls and texts and we were left without the ability to cook the entire weekend. The property also wasn’t cleaned very well before we arrived.

Amazing landscaped yard!

We spent almost all of our time outside - it was like having our own secret garden. Our 5 girls loved playing in the huge yard and loved the beautiful flowers, water features and little bridges

Great family trip

So grateful that we had the opportunity to stay at this home with our family leading up to a wedding. Our original rental got canceled last minute by our host two days before our trip leaving us in a pinch. Yan had the house ready for us and was able and willing to make it available on short notice for our family of 9. The grounds are stunning and a wonderful space to spend time together. We have a toddler who loved walking the trails through the gardens and smelling all of the flowers. We also had fun watching the resident beavers and blue heron in the pond out back. The house did the trick for our group - they had a spare mattress in the storage closet that we utilized for our of our family members in the living room. Things to note: the rooms are fairly bright, we did end up hanging some spare blankets over the rods to assist with nap times and prevent extra early wake ups. The anime toaster is a blast. Beware of lots of sharp furniture corners if you have small children. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the space.

Lovely stay.

It is a nice house on a beautiful property. The gardens provided a beautiful backdrop for our family pictures. The house was fully stocked, spacious and comfortable for our whole family.
