This spacious and unique property that is only steps from the beach can accommodate many types of group configurations. The first bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, nearby you will find a second bedroom with 2 sets of bunks beds, one with a full-size bed on the bottom. There is also a second bathroom right next to it. The third bedroom is found on the other side of the house. It has a king bed and also an ensuite bathroom. One of the living rooms also has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed.
There are two full kitchens, two living rooms, a sitting room with a desk, two sets of washers and dryers and a nice dining area. There is also a nice private outdoor dining area with a grill. Your stay also includes beach towels and beach chairs for your use and an outdoor shower. This home also has a reverse osmosis water filtration system and a water softener.
This property shows like a duplex but is open to both sides inside the house. It is a single-family home. If you choose to book this property, you will always have full use of the entire property. It is not rented separately as a duplex.
