Nestled in the heart of the historic town, it’s a short walk to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and the downtown shopping and restaurant district. A short drive will take you to the Harbor. The bedrooms feature blackout curtains for sleeping in and the large outdoor entertaining area (along with shuffle board, darts, outdoor golf hitting net, and bar) gives you plenty of reasons for staying up. Great Property

If you are looking for a property for a large friend or family event, you won’t find a better property. It was meticulously renovated, very well appointed, and ideally located. I give this property my highest recommendation.

Cute, clean, excellent house!

Our stay was great! We rented the house for a reunion weekend and it was a great location. It was super clean and adorable. The host was super responsive and had all the essentials set up in the house. Would definitely rent again!

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend trip to celebrate our friends birthday. There was plenty of space for us to gather in the dining area and living room, and plenty of comfortable beds. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. Beautiful remodeled space

Impressive and comfortable

Renovation is apparent with everything modern and working. Beds/sheets and couches were very comfortable including Uggs pillows and soft blankets which the kids really enjoyed cuddling under. Special bonus was shuffleboard table and games. Many TVs throughout the house. Open and spacious main floor was comfortable for a large gathering of family as we had. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Great house

Perfect house we had 4 couples stay one night. We were able to walk downtown to all the bars and restaurants. Everything was super clean, all the beds were nice and comfortable. Thank you!

Fantastic Experience!

I have booked many places on apps such as VRBO, and Chris was hands down the best home owner interaction I have had! This house is amazing, it is beautiful, and perfectly located for anything you want to do in Annapolis. I would gleefully book through Chris again, and intend to keep this house in mind for future potential bookings!

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family traveled to Annapolis for Thanksgiving this year and has an excellent time in Chris’s home. It was extremely clean and well-appointed for us to prepare our holiday meal. The beds were all comfortable and furniture was cozy for our toddlers to have some grandparent cuddles. (I feel inspired to shop for a Lovesac couch now… so thank you 😁) We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Annapolis and a bit of exploring. It was a great property and would recommend!

Home away from home

Chris was very accommodating and reached out a few days before with pertinent information about the property. The place was clean and very well kept. Parking was a little confusing initially because of the construction next door but all in all a great property and will rent again when in the area.

Five Star Stay for 4 Couples!

We had a fantastic overnight stay at this beautiful property. Chris, the owner, was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had 4 adult couples and everyone had plenty of space. The home is well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. The home is centrally located and just a short Lyft ride to downtown, but you can also easily walk it too. We enjoyed the bar area in the sun room off the dining room and had plenty of room for everyone in the living room to sit on the couch and chat, play games, or watch the great TV. The backyard is nice and we took advantage of the huge umbrella and patio seating. We also brought a corn hole set and had plenty of room in the back yard to play. Also, the off-street parking in the back is extremely convenient! Everything about this property worked out great for us! Thank you Chris for making our stay a great one! Best wishes!

A little short...

During our stay at this Annapolis property, we encountered issues that need attention for an improved guest experience. The property owner (I believe) lives on the property with pets, while there is a rental apartment in the rear of the property. The kitchen lacked essential items for larger groups, from the basic dish towels to enough mugs for the guests to enjoy their morning coffee, but had things like an Insta-Pot and Ninja Blender. The refrigerator and freezer had a fair amount of items that belonged to the owner, also the case with the refrigerator in the room off the dining room. The mattress in one bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, while the primary bedroom was comfortable. The bath towels provided were very small and there were no facecloths. While the bathroom off the kitchen has a shower, getting in and out of the shower is an EXTREMELY tight squeeze and a person of bigger stature would not be able to use it. Pets were not disclosed in the description, affecting allergic guests. Unexpectedly, there was a $75 fee for the fire pit. While the back patio was cozy, it did not provide adequate comfortable seating for a larger group. I should also mention that to access the bedroom on the top floor, you need to go through another bedroom to get to it. It is something that I wished I had known ahead of time. On a positive note, the property had large TVs and great streaming services. With adjustments, this property can offer a better VRBO experience.
