Le condo est également livré avec un lit jumeau gigogne et s'intègre parfaitement entre les lits jumeaux actuels. Ou rapprochez les deux lits jumeaux, et avec un harnais spécialement conçu pour maintenir les lits ensemble tout en couvrant l'écart, vous avez un lit queen confortable!

Loved the condo...even though it was tiny...and we would have liked to had a king bed.It was very clean and very comfortable..Great location..friendly neighbors...very pleasant.

Girls trip!

This property was amazing!! It was very clean, well put together, everything we needed was available! Gary was very responsive and pays attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the carpet was amazing!! The instructions were the best I’ve ever seen. We didn’t have any issues with getting beach chairs but it was off season. Loved the short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. We will rent from Gary again!!

Week in Paradise

My husband, daughter and I spent an incredible week at Gary's condo. The condo had everything one would need for an amazing vacation - the beds were so comfy, and he provided all of the necessities (beach towels, stocked kitchen, soaps, etc).The condo is located directly on the beach! The sand is like powder and there were always available chairs. We enjoyed our days swimming, relaxing, and taking walks on the beach! We also enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets.We had a rental car, but the condo is within walking distance to the Crescent Beach Market and Captain Curt's. There are trolleys that can bring you to the village. The area was awesome!But, without a doubt, the best part of the experience was Gary. He truly is a host that takes a lot of pride in providing his guests with an amazing vacation!We will definitely return in the future!

Fantastic Siesta Key Stay

Right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenient parking. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with owner. There were 4 adults and it had adequate space. More than that might be a bit tight.

Loved it

Kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the ge appliances. Roomy condo. Shower water pressure was great in both bathrooms. Bed was comfy enough. Convenient short walk to beach. Good overall location. Pool was great. Dryer worked great too. We would book again next time we go to siesta Keys

The condo offered everything needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Condo had all the necessities including fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and cooking items. Also right on the beach!!!

Another Great Stay

This was our family's 4th stay and once again, it did not disappoint. The location, and the condo are awesome and Gary is a great host! Highly recommended.

Great condo

Condo itself was great and had everything we needed. Only faults we found were the location of the pool, the cost of laundry and the fight for beach chairs in the morning. The pool is located at the front of the property which we found odd. We spent $35 to do laundry for the week. Not sure about anyone else, but beach towels get gross so we only use for 2 days before washing them. You basically have to line up for beach chairs by 7:30 to get an “ideal spot”. People are in line by 6:30-6:45 and when they let you on at 7:30 they literally run to get the front row chairs. Found this to be quite comical. Absolutely no issues though with the condo.

Great location for a stay right on the beach. Would recommend group of 4. Washer/dryer convenient right outside unit. Private beach. Grocery close. Nice relaxing vacation, quiet neighbors.

Excellent condo on Crescent Beach, Siesta Key

We had a great week in Siesta Key. The owner, Gary, is so easy to work with. Anything we had a question about, he was right there to help. The condo's location is excellent, couple of steps to the beach. So clean, so well equipped! We used the mattress harness to make the 2 twin beds into a king bed. This was very comfortable - better than I expected. Beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable as well. Great place!

Very nice condo!

The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with. We found no issues with check in/out of the condo. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. It suited everything we would need for our trip. The condo is well stocked with extras - blankets, pillows, toys, beach chairs, etc. this was nice as we don’t get that with all condos we rent. Very easy walk to restaurants, bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative we encountered (has nothing to do with the condo we rented) is how the property management makes you line up for beach chairs at 7:30 am. Seemed juvenile and could create a safety issue as everyone runs when they “let” you on the beach. Hoping management re-thinks this practice.

A Little Slice of Paradise

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Gary's condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location can't be beat. The only suggestion I have is adding some black out drapes, otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and owner

We appreciated the great communication and support from Gary and his property manager. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is a great location with views of beautiful sunrises in the morning and a quick walk to the beach for gorgeous sunsets. One of our daughters saw a large seahorse during a sunrise walk. Our family of five was comfortable in Gary’s condo and had everything we needed to cook for the week. We hope we get the opportunity to stay again in this slice of paradise.

As advertised. Kitchen appliances need cleaned. 12 hr fan in bathroom is annoying. Better instructions for the thermostat would help. Nice condo with a large balcony. Chairs on the beach come w/the condo. Excellent contact w/owner. Would vacation here again.

A Perfect Beach Thanksgiving

The condo is in a perfect location on Crescent Beach. I rented a few condos as my three adult children came with their families. The condo was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving as the kitchen is well appointed and the table seated eight. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Hi my name is Gary Knaak, and I can't begin to tell you how much our family loves going to Siesta Key! I have 2 boys, and each year they look forward to our April family vacation on the white sandy beaches of Crescent Beach. To us, Crescent Arms is home, and we look forward to sharing our home with others to experience the awesome beaches of Siesta Key!

All you need to do is vacation in Siesta Key with the beautiful white sandy beaches once, and you are hooked for life.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What I hear all the time about the condo that makes it different than most of the rentals on Siesta Key is I have carpet instead of tile throughout. Everybody comments how much cozier it is, and how nice it is with younger children. Also, the unit is close to Stickney Point Bridge, so getting into Sarasota is easy and quick. We are also located within walking distance of a grocery store and several places to eat.
