The Tipsy Turtle *New Vacation Beach House*

Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle! Our home is the perfect place for families to vacation. You are located in the Wilmington Beach area of CB, just a 6-minute walk to the beach. Our home is a short ride to downtown Carolina Beach where you can enjoy local food and attractions. Golf cart with parking permit is available for rent upon request.

The space
This three-bedroom and three-bathroom home can sleep up to 9 people. The space itself is beautifully finished, and has all of the amenities expected including:
* Ground Floor:
- Driveway that fits up to 3 cars
- Outdoor shower
- Storage with bikes, beach chairs, charcoal grill etc.
- Grass backyard, fully fenced
* Second Floor:
- Fully furnished spacious open plan living and dining space
- Private balcony
- Large fully equipped kitchen, luxury appliances. Plenty of counter space and seating, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your group
- For coffee lovers we have a keurig
- Bedroom with Queen-sized bed
- Hallway Full Bathroom with tub/shower combination
- Smart Tv in living room
- Central air conditioning
- Ceiling fans in all rooms
- Towels and linens are provided
- Stay connected and entertained with free Wi-Fi
Third Floor:
- Master bedroom with King Bed, Attached Bathroom w/ Walk-In Shower, smart TV and private balcony
- Bunk room with Queen over Queen bunk bed, Attached Bathroom w/ tub/shower combination
- Futon for extra sleeper
- Laundry room equipped large capacity washer & dryer

Guests have full access to the entire unit 2.
Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival.
You will be able to park up to 3 cars in the driveway

You will enjoy your privacy, however, you’re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate. The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.

The Fort Fisher Strip has everything you need to have a great time!

- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette remains in the trash can.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in regards to noise and parking.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
