The living room features comfortable seating, a sleep sofa, a big-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace - perfect for unwinding after a fun day out and about! We added a cool ceiling fan with a Bluetooth speaker to add some fun to your experience. Our living room merges right into our private balcony which is fun to use day and for a great view of the Sky Bridge at night.

Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen! All of the cooking basics are provided including spices. You will love our complimentary coffee corner, complete with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers. There is a 4 person vintage dining table for you and your guests to enjoy meals at, or sit on the private balcony and enjoy the view with your meal!

After a long day fall asleep in our comfortable beds with cozy pillows, soft sheets, and a custom car-inspired comforter, You will find a King-size and a Queen-size bed in the bedrooms. You will find a coffee maker, a small fridge, and a newly renovated bathroom in the bedroom with the King bed.

Outstanding

Condo was just as described. The beds were comfy and the towels were fluffy. The spices for cooking and coffee nook were an added treat. The host, Laurie left us a cake for my birthday. Property is close to downtown and it's an easy walk. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was a great location in town . Easy to walk to all restaurants and shops but quiet at night did not hear any traffic noise. Condo was very clean and stocked well. We would definitely recommend.

Loved it

Location was amazing. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. It was easy to get into the unit and it was very clean upon arrival. The unit has a lot of small touches like a mini fridge in the master and little snacks in the kitchen. Towels were fluffy, beds were comfortable and great water pressure in the showers. Complex was quiet, you could see anakeesta out the side window and the skybridge out of the balcony. We had a great time. Easy to check in and easy to check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Perfect for Family!

This apartment was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teen boys)! The location was excellent - just a short walk to the strip, which means we parked our car and were able to walk everywhere we needed for our entire stay! It was by far a better option and value than booking two hotel rooms. We would definitely stay here again for our annual getaway to the mountains.

We had wonderful stay at this lovely sweet condo, good view of Anakeesta as well as Sky Lift and Bridge from this corner property. Walking distance to all major attractions at Gatlinburg. Good host, accessible and responsive.

Clean comfortable condo

This is a very nice condo despite the building it's in looking a little rough. Neighborhood seemed safe and close to the action while still remaining quiet. Kitchen was tighter than I expected but was not misrepresented. Use the actual property address and not the VRBO link to google maps for directions (points to a completely different property/complex). Area information materials in room and welcome email are out of date. In particular, there is no longer a trolley to Dollywood. (BTW Anakeesta is a complete waste of time/money unless you go early in the day and plan to spend the whole day there.

Exceeded expectations. Would recommend.

May be the only place I have ever stayed that was as nice as the pictures and reviews. In fact this exceeded them by a lot. I would stay here again. I would 100% recommended. Very clean. Excellent location easy to casually walk and enjoy Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking. Carts for luggage. The pool area looked clean. Something funny was going on with the living room tv. I messaged the owner and they replied quickly to take care of the situation. We felt very safe there. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The owner also provided coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn, and quite a few other snacks. We were not even expecting. The decor was so well thought out. We enjoyed just looking around and finding things. The retro items were especially fun.

Location was amazing! Property was clean. Several issues that appear to be on going which include non-working outlets- it appears only 1 outlet works on each outlet in condo. Not sure if this is done purposefully. Dishwasher- still not working. Preparing meals easy. Washing dishes another issue due to small sink but dishwasher had water in the bottom and unable to use.

Family Vacation

I stayed in your condo with my daughter and her husband. Everything was very nice! We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the Village. Laurie was very quick with answering any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Great distance from downtown

If you are going to Gatlinburg specifically to spend time in downtown then this is the perfect condo for you. Its a less than 10 minute walk to the main/beginning area of the strip. Their are two separate bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, which are both very comfortable. The kitchen is decent for what it needed to be for us, we didn't end up using it. The fridge is along the lines of a mini fridge so not a lot will fit into it and could use a pretty good cleaning. The couch and chairs were pretty uncomfortable and wiggly, which we ended up spending time in the condo a decent amount since I was getting over an ankle injury. The bathrooms get very warm and the showers are risen up, so make sure to be careful when getting in and out. Also the toilet seats were both maybe on the cheaper side and slid around when used, almost felt as if you might fall off. The one was falling off pretty good so I did contact the owner and she had the handyman come out right away. The owner was very polite and great to work with. I had mentioned that we were visiting for my husbands birthday and there was a cake in the fridge for us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
