No staff. Entry through side door with code. Did not feel safe. No blankets. Very poorly. Appointments in kitchen. Would not stay here for any. Price

Absolutely no hospitality

I have stayed at many home/condo rentals. One of the things I have appreciated the most is the personal amenities and character of each stay. This place had zero accommodations! The room was not cleaned until one hour after check in time. We were not told that the building was under total renovations and was not able to be used. We were told there would be dishes, pots and pans. There was 1 bowl, 2 glasses and 1 pan big enough for one person servings. We were instructed to wash and dry dishes with no dish rag or sponge. This forced us to use one of the wash rags that we were told would cost an additional fee if we needed extra linen. The pics display a bathtub with a full shower curtain, there was only a shower with a shower curtain that was too short which caused us to use an additional towel for the floor.The property location was a gem! Myrtle Beach Babymoon

Location was great & nearby amenities & attractions. The hotel definitely needs some tlc but you can tell they are renovating & care about their guests & residents. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway to a nice beach & don’t want to pay for a 5 star resort & would rather save on dining & atracrions, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon and the view of the ocean was amazing! We had a problem with the drain in the tub being clogged; and the parking across the street is a little rough but the location is great.

Enjoyable condo!

We had a great week. The room does need a dehumidifier because even with the air on it was very moist in the room. During the hurricane winds it flooded from the air conditioner, that may need looked at. By no means were these things a problem for us, just observations to try to be helpful

Other than the building is outdated on the balconies the room was great. Clean and perfect size. Comfortable. The view was awesome

Decent stay

Overall it was fine for a short weekend getaway, but probably not great for long term. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke the whole weekend and the doors only had two options: open or slammed shut, so we were woken by slamming doors all night. The location was great and parking was very convenient! Great view of the ocean from the balcony!

There were no tables,none -0-,had to set our coffee on floor,hold our plates in our laps.no dish cloth,just a towel.coffee pot was child size,it list that there is one,but should let it be known the size! I t was clean enough, will give them that. There should have been ice trays in the freezer,we bought 2 bags of ice, and the second bag I went across the street to the General store,to save having to move my car,$5.00 for one bag of ice is highway robbery. I love VRBOI will use them again,but I feel like they need to drop this property.

Everything was fine!! Except our microwave did not work! And not a big fan of how the entire place smelled! It was almost like everyone inside the place was smoking weed!! Did not like that at all!!!

Never again

The property was nothing at all what was pictured. Completely different set up, different furniture and appliances and all. There was no parking pass, no instructions, no nothing. Messages to the host go unanswered for 4+ hours. The grounds were filthy. Horrible smell through the building. No "starter" supplies as mentioned. The view was nice but that's it.

Dirty room .staff drinking at pool side .only one set of towels/washrags. To last for 5 days if you want fresh clean one's it's 50 bucks no ice on property. Just best to not go there

Great views & location - Room just OK

Location and the view was the winner for this spot. Beach was great, and the ocean-front balcony was exactly what we wanted. Check-in process was super easy with no human interaction. Minimal furniture inside but it was accurate to the listing so we were fine with that. Our issues were with cleanliness. The building smelled musty like an old cruise ship. Our room wasn't cleaned well when we arrived. You could feel sand on the floor. There was no kitchen trash can, only a small one in the bathroom and extra trash bags. There was no dish soap to clean the dishes.

Clean and new but not quality

Awesome location. Beautiful views. Clean room. Brand new shower and kitchen sink but really flimsy cheep faucet and shower heads. Shower curtain not long enough and water wood puddle on the floor. Noted to manager and they accommodated us with extra floor towels. Not that big a deal but being realistic. At the price point, I would go back.

It was a last minute reservation so my expectations were not high. Place could be cleaner. Extra towels are $50.00 really! Ok You have to take your own trash out big deal. No way to clean the unit, no dust pan or broom. No iron or ironing board. Nice hotel next door cost less per night. A/C units dirty.

FEW AMENITIES

Even though we knew from reviews that this unit was minimally appointed, we were surprised to not have what we consider "bare necessities". There was no table and chairs to eat inside. We ate on the balcony, which worked out ok becase the weather was good. But what would one do if it were inclement weather? There were no nightstands and no toilet tissue holder. The toilet paper rolls were stacked on the back of the commode. The window A/C was very noisy but did work properly. It would have been convenient to have more than one trash can in the unit. The only amenity this unit has is the balcony overlooking a nice beach. Without this feature, the unit would not be worth it. Thank goodness that was the main reason we chose this one.

Soon as we got to the room we open the door first thing we saw roaches on the stove. Also, microwave did not work. Never received no clean towels or washcloths
