Just off the living area you’ll find a desk and task chair (where the views are guaranteed to distract you unless you pull the blinds!). Start your “remote workday” watching the sunrise on North Beach (5 minutes by car). Walk along the shoreline at lunchtime and maybe grab a sandwich down by the club (15 minute walk). Check out the pelicans and dolphins when your workday is complete (500 ft to the waterfront). Enjoy your favorite beverage as you relax on the deck watching the sunset across the dunes.

The bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, as well as a sit/stand desk and task chair tucked into the bedroom nook with great views of the gardens on the front side of Pelican Watch. The ensuite bathroom has a large tiled walk-in shower. A second full bathroom walk with a shower stall is located off the living area.
The owners of the property have made sure to provide reliable internet service. A An Xfinity Gateway/modem is just beginning of the internet in this unit. High quality Mesh WiFi routers distribute the WiFi down the hallway and into the bedroom for your mobile phone, your laptop and the Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Not a single dead spot!
Make sure to bring all your camera equipment and be ready to shoot wonderful photos from morning till night. There are amazing opportunities on the waterfront by this unit, or hike over to North Beach where it is almost a different world. Up by the golf courses there are herons and sometimes alligators waiting for their photographs to be taken. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
