The Sandy Coyote is a luxurious Topsail Island vacation home situated on one of the most desired and pristine sections of Topsail Island. The owners chose to name their home “The Sandy Coyote” however, the locals call it “The Castle”. This home is only steps to the NorthTopsail Beach Park where there are lots of activities such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, kid’s playground, sound side fishing pier and an oceanfront beach access with restrooms.
The home has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and is set up to sleep 22 comfortably. The bedding arrangement is: 5 kings, pyramid bunk (twin over full), 2 standard bunk beds with additional twin trundles and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
This home sits majestically on an oversize waterfront lot with panoramic views in all directions. From the front of the house the ocean views are absolutely mesmerizing and from the rear you will experience the most wonderful sunsets that you could ever imagine. For the absolute best views on all of Topsail Island, just go up to the rooftop sundeck and Hot Tub area. For as far as the eye can see in all directions you are surrounded by water. Just one visit on this roof top area and you will quickly realize that you made the right choice for your much needed family vacation. It just don’t get any better than this!
When completed the landscaping will be plush tropical themed in the front and rear and flowing around the perimeter of the inground heated pool area. The driveway will be paved with concrete and designed for easy parking of multiple vehicles including some parking in the enclosed garage area.
As you enter the home from the ground level you will notice a bad weather entry off the garage which is great for those rainy days when bringing in groceries and luggage. Once inside the ground level portion of the home you will be greeted by an elevator that will quickly whisk you up to all the interior floor levels with ease. Bringing in groceries and supplies will no longer be a chore.
The ground level of the home will have a game room with comfortable seating, queen sleeper sofa, game equipment- foosball and game table, TV, additional full-size fridge and direct access out to the pool area and dock access area. One enclosed garage will be available for guests to utilize. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.
The private dock area is great for fishing and crabbing and will also allow for small watercraft docking (canoes/shallow bottom boats etc), kayak and paddleboard entry. There is a fish cleaning station with running water as well. This is a great spot for enjoying your favorite drink while watching the evening sun as it descends along the soundside waters of Topsail Island. This is a view you will never forget!
As you move up to the second level (main living level) you will be greeted by a huge living room/gathering area, large kitchen with adjoining dining, half bath off kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king bed with private bath. The second bedroom on this level is also equipped with a king bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a pyramid bunk (twin over full). These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath.
The living room/gathering room is located on the sound side of the home and will be equipped with a sleeper sofa, end tables and lamps, coffee table, fireplace (not for use), ceiling fans and a large flatscreen TV. There is a large deck off the living area that will also provide direct access to the rooftop sundeck and Hot Tub area. The views from the living room are magnificent but when you take those few steps up to the rooftop you will be blown away by the natural beauty and captivating views that are before you.
The kitchen is very spacious with all the modern touches and conveniences. Husbands get ready, when you return home, your wives will be looking for a contractor for a kitchen renovation, sorry about that! The kitchen will have the most modern appliances with custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, quartz countertops, custom lighting and beautiful luxury plank flooring. The kitchen will be equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, two full size dishwashers, smooth top range with oven combination and range hood, under counter microwave drawer, a large center island with a prep sink and additional seating for dining. The countertop appliances will include Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker, blender and toaster.
The dining area is much more than just a dining area. It is situated adjacent to a large window that faces directly out towards the Intracoastal Waterway, pool and dock. The views from this area are absolutely some of the best you will ever see on Topsail Island. Having that evening meal with the burning sunsets streaming through the glass will keep you at this table for well after the meal is gone. This is also a great spot for participating in family board games as with the open floor plan everyone can share in family conversation.
Moving on up to the top level you will find 4 bedrooms with private baths and a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
The grand master suite on this level is equipped with a king bed and large private bath. The bath has a large tub and a separate walk-in shower and double vanities. This master also provides direct access out to a private balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying those burning evening sunsets. From this balcony you can also access the rooftop sundeck and hot tub (there are 3 additional access points for the rooftop hot tub as well).
The second of the top-level bedrooms has a king bed and private bath.
The third of the top-level bedrooms has a king bed with private bath as well as an attached study with a full size futon. This attached study is also equipped with a desk for those that may still need to do work while on vacation.
The fourth of the top-level bedrooms has two sets of twin bunk beds with single trundles under each (this room sleeps 6) and it also has a private bath.
TV’s provided in all bedrooms, game room and living room.
In the foyer area of the top level, you will have access out to the oceanside porch where you can also gain access to the rooftop sundeck and hot tub areas.

ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU.
