***Cats are not allowed in the house due to severe allergy problems. In case of rule breaking, you'll be asked to leave the property with no refund and a fee of $500 will be charged for cleaning.
****Playstation Store: If a purchase is made on Plastation Store during your stay, the purchase amount will have to be reimbursed to the owner. We receive confirmation emails and it will be used as proof of your purchase.
