1. Reservation must be in a persons name that is 21 years old or older.
2.After booking a valid address and email must be provided in order to transfer the reservation.
3. Check in and check out is at 4pm/10am unless otherwise noted.
4. A credit card pre-authorized or cash deposit is required upon check-in.
5. Late arrival. Please notify the resort if you need to check in later than on the day of your booking request. Check-ins later than 48 hours may cause your reservation to be cancelled by the resort.
6. No smoking is allowed in the suite and only at designated areas on the resort property.
7. Attending a presentation or seminar is not required as part of your booking. You are under no obligation to attend any meeting, seminar or presentation.
8. If you cancel 16 days or more a full refund will be issued. Cancelling less than 16 days can forfeit the entire deposit.
