Spacious uncovered balcony overlooking Rehoboth Ave. Well-appointed kitchen with island and dining to accommodate six. Your entry level gives access to the laundry room, one bedroom, and a hall bathroom. The final level is a beautiful open concept with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and access to the balcony. The Ark building has a well-maintained, quiet, and secured front door with security cameras.
LOCATION: Located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, The Ark. Easy 15-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Five-star restaurants and tax-free shops are right out your front door! This location is ideal and convenient. Park and walk everywhere. Walk to all the downtown restaurants.
Dogfish Head, Rise Up Coffee and Loves Liquors are steps away. Shopping options are endless – walk to quaint tax-free shops, drive, or take a bus to Tanger Outlets, just 5 minutes up on Rte. 1. Take a short Uber ride to downtown Dewey or Lewes.
PARKING: On-site parking for one car. A community parking permit is required.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, central AC, balcony, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and well-appointed kitchen for eating in. Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Guests supply sheets/towels, paper products, and trash bags; however, we offer a linen rental package. Streaming services only. No pets are permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
