The top floor ( 6th floor) Corner unit makes this a prime location! A beachfront location with a panoramic views of the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. This property is upgraded and updated with an open floor plan and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decor is tasteful and relaxing. There are hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen features new and modern appliances with a large island area with comfortable seating for five. The living area has a television and sound bar speaker set up. The private lanai has comfortable seating - and a dining table. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a television. The bathroom features a walk in shower and is light and airy. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom also has a shower and updated amenities. Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a full size stack washer/dryer. Wifi is included. Koa Lagoon is the perfect location for your Maui Visit- walk along the beach; dip in the ocean or relax by the swimming pool Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

We had a great stay! The view was amazing! The unit had everything we needed. Close to beaches, shopping and food. Definitely recommend!

Great view but noisy street

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location if you want to see turtles and whales. Amazing panoramic view of the ocean which was better than other properties in the area. Well-stocked kitchen, well-running appliances and washer/dryer. Beds were rather comfortable. Good arrival information was provided prior to our stay.Cons: Street noise is loud in bedrooms so felt like I was in a big city at night. Earplugs helped me sleep some. The window A/C unit in 2nd bedroom was stuck on a fixed “high” fan setting so was extra loud. Master bedroom window A/C unit was loud but cooled adequately. Window A/C unit in living room was loud but kept the room moderately cool. Wi-fi was on and off throughout our stay. We called for service and folks showed up but did not follow up to fix the problem. Would have been nice to receive departure instructions. Check in at 4:00pm and Checkout at 10:00am was a poor value. Lose a lot of time on both days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: EXCELLENT LOCATION. Excellent view...180 degree view of the ocean. We spent some of every morning and evening on the Lani soaking it in. If we come back to Kihei we will try availability of this unit first. The unit was clean, functional, and had everything we needed.
