Step into luxury and style at the Villa at Northridge! With three bedrooms and two baths, this spacious townhome is perfect for families and friends. The open living and dining area, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and large patio, offers stunning views and ample space to relax and unwind. The bedrooms are all outfitted with comfortable king-sized beds and Smart televisions, and there's a bonus living room on the lower level for added comfort and with a sleeper sofa. Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

But the amenities don't stop there! As our guest, you'll have access to the Galena Territory Owners Club, with all its fantastic amenities, including an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a game room. Plus, with complimentary access cards for up to six guests, you can enjoy all the resort has to offer. Additional guest passes may be purchased for $5 per person/day.

Golf enthusiasts will love this location, with the North Golf Course just a short walk away and easy access to the South, East, and General Golf Courses. And when it's time to head into town, downtown Galena is only a 12-minute drive, and Piggly Wiggly and Walmart are just 15 minutes away.

Don't forget to bring your furry friends along! This dog-friendly rental welcomes up to two pups with a $150 pet fee.

Wonderful weekend, perfect place!

We have used vacation rental sites for years to go on trips with our family and have had good and bad experiences.. and this was a wonderful experience! We traveled with our college aged sons and with our dogs. Everyone had space and plenty of it. The home was comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need! We were able to enjoy Galena and the area, went for a horseback ride, and also spent time in the home watching movies, making dinner, playing games and being together. Everything was so clean and fresh. Definitely would (and probably will!) stay here again!

Weekend away

Ladies weekend

Great space! We had 6 adults and felt there was plenty of space. Nice, big,comfortable beds. The unit is well stocked. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch! Communication with the management company was superb! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice townhouse - convenient location

This place was perfect for our needs - love the king-sized beds!! Very convenient to town and activities. Right on hole 17 of the North course. We cheered on our friends golfing!!

Wonderful summer retreat!

We had the best time at the Villa at Northridge! It was clean, spacious and well stocked with all of the essentials. We took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the riding center. Close to charming downtown Galena, which was so much fun to explore. Can’t wait to come back!

Fun stay!

Villa at Northridge had an ideal layout and fresh design. We loved the proximity to the resort and amenities, as well as the beautiful views from the main living room. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen well-equipped. A fun stay that accommodated everyone in our party.

Perfect Retreat!!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The place is updated, nicely decorated and very comfortable, especially the beds. Everything was super clean and looked exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful. We had a question about operating the shower heads, and the host responded right away with clear instructions. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and directions for everything were clearly laid out. We loved it so much that we will stay there again when we are back in Galena!!

Cozy villa

We had a nice stay at the villa at Nordridge ,during the winter brake ,we have used a fire place few evenings when was snowing outside and the atmosphere was really cozy-winter chill to all of us ,owners club is not far away from the villa and our teenagers had so much fun there as well ,overall the villa is well prepared for comfortable stay and has everything the travelers need away from home .Thank You for having us .

**As our guest, you'll have access to the GTA Owners Club, including an indoor and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), fitness room, game room, basketball/tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, and more. Children can enjoy the outdoor playground, located at the Lake Galena Marina, while adults explore the hiking trails and Lake Galena. While the amenities are usually open, there may be limited usage at times, and no discounts or refunds will be provided. Nevertheless, the HOA maintains the facilities well for guests to enjoy. While COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted at the GTA Owners Club, some amenities require reservations - lap swimming at the indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and outdoor basketball courts. Golf, swim, fish, relax, work out, spa day, or spend a day on the historic streets of Downtown Galena. Renters have ample opportunities in the winter as well, considering that Chestnut Mountain is only 20 minutes away and offers skiing and snowboarding too.
