***Special Things to Note***
- This is a Pole House (built on stilts). These types of houses are built to have flexibility and move with the wind. That said, you will notice movement on a regular basis. Our kids love it! Though it does take a day to get used to. 😏

- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING.
Community Pool:
- NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY (guests swim at their own risk)
- Guest must follow all listed rules and regulations listed at community pool and other amenities.
- Pool has a 20 people max capacity listed


- Weather near the ocean is often unpredictable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE, just in case the seas don’t agree with us. :) .
