This home is located in the Eastlake neighborhood in central Seattle, near Lake Union. Recreation at Lake Union is available within a short walking distance. Close to Capitol Hill, UW, and Burke-Gilman Trail and easy access to the I-5 freeway. Downtown Seattle, shopping, restaurants, and all public conveniences are located within walking or short driving distance!
Step onto the entry level where there is a small foyer and stairs to an upper and a lower level.
Up a level from the entry is the cozy living area where you can relax by the gas fireplace or watch movies on the 55" TV. There is a dining area where you can gather around, eat, and have small talk, and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need and is perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain. The kitchen and dining have views of Lake Union, the Olympics, and downtown. There is also a half bathroom on this level.
The top floor above the main living areas has a large master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a small balcony that offers excellent views of the lake and pocket views of the downtown Seattle skyline. The 2nd bedroom has a futon-style that can be converted into a queen-sized bed. The office room has a convertible chair-style sleeping space for 1 person and a dedicated workspace perfect for those who are working while here. This home can accommodate up to 5 guests!
One level down, there is another balcony off of the living and dining area which offers similar views. There is also a much larger private fenced rear yard for guests to enjoy which is accessible from the lower-level bedroom.
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 940 Mbps, and 1 garage for a mid-sized vehicle are all provided during your stay!
