The house is spacious, fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:
-4 bedrooms with closet.
-One of the bedrooms has Smart Tv so you do not miss your favorite shows.
-4 full bathrooms with towels, hygiene amenities and hot water.
-Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food and snacks.
-Dining room for 4 people and living room with Smart Tv.
-Rooftop with BBQ, outdoor furniture and panoramic view.
-Service room with dryer and cleaning supplies.

At the entrance there is a lockbox where you will find the keys to access the property. For security reasons, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We kindly ask you not to share this code with anyone.

The property is very well located. Nearby you will find a variety of stores, restaurants, cafes, parks, shopping malls, and more activities to do.
The Andares Shopping Center is a 30 minute drive away.
The nearest supermarket is Walmart 6 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 5 minutes away.
Getting Around:
The drive from Guadalajara International Airport to the property is approximately 50 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.
Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!
Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $350 MXN
Good news! The property has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils.
Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.
