Une fois que vous êtes à Casa Bella, tout est à votre porte, il est donc parfait pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes, SEULEMENT QUELQUES MÈTRES DE TOUT et sans avoir à utiliser une voiture tous les jours.

Épicerie, boulangeries, cafés, parc, excellents restaurants, musées, location de vélos, plage, ainsi que les bateaux qui, en 10 minutes, vous emmèneront dans les plus belles îles de l'archipel de Rovinj appartement) sont à deux pas.

Lorsque vous séjournez à Casa Bella, vous pouvez profiter de vacances sans voiture car tout est si proche et à quelques minutes de marche.

Most accommodating hosts ever!

Our traveling companions were VRBO Super Hosts. They said that as good as they were, our hosts in Rovinj were over-the-top amazing. So accommodating, helpful and just plain wonderful. The apartment is very conveniently located in the Old Town near the green market, shops, restaurants, and the pier. The only place we stayed with a real living area, and a lovely view of the Adriatic Sea.

apartment in the heart of Old Town

This roomy apartment in Old Town with close access to everything was perfect for our stay! The apartment is directly above a marketplace, which is handy when you want coffee in the morning, fruit for a snack or a casual dinner in the local tavern. You can easily walk to the main harbor but there is also waterfront right out your door. We took a dolphin and sunset cruise from there. You can also walk right up to the church on the top of the hill and around the entire town. The owners have a wealth of recommendations for hikes, restaurants and beaches. You can't drive in Old Town, so you need to be able to walk to the parking lot, which is about 15 minutes away. If you don't like walking on cobblestones then staying in the middle of Old Town might not be right for you but we thought it was wonderful!

Che posto incantevole!

What a lovely apartment! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just steps from the open market and easy walks to restaurants, shops, and ferry access to beaches, etc. We had a wonderful visit, and Zeljka and her father could not have been more accommodating and helpful. So kind and generous...Dad met us at the ferry and helped us with our luggage. Both gave excellent recommendations, so we had wonderful meals and great adventures during our short time in Rovinj. I would definitely go back and would stay here without hesitation.

Beautiful Location

Communication with host was amazing, dad was awesome and so helpful in so many ways. Location was perfect! Parking was 10 minutes away which the dad was so helpful in accommodating us. The apartment is great, equipped with everything. It did not matter to us but the apartment is dated which might not be for everyone. Ac in one bedroom and ac in living space. Fan provided in second bedroom which worked great as there was ac in the space next to it Great place!

Wonderful Rovinj Apartment

Lovely apartment in the old part of town. Zeljko gave us such a wonderful introduction to everything the apartment had, including nearby restaurants, beaches and more. When we needed something, the hosts were incredibly responsive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Spacious and great location.

A nice space with a washing machine. Great location just above the market. Very thorough (90 minute) introduction to the apartment. Free parking but not close. Payment system on the site is a hassle but good communication with the owner. Recommended.

Amazing stay!!!

The property was in a great location and larger than it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit nervous about being above the market, but it was not an issue. It was nice to have the windows open during the day to here the buzz of the market and feel the sea breeze, but when the windows were closed you couldn’t hear anything. Also the market shut down pretty early every day. The apartment was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The hosts Zeljka and Zeljko were over the top amazing!!! Wonderful apartment in Rovinj!!

My husband I stayed in this apartment for four nights in February and we would without a doubt give it a 5-star rating. The apartment itself is very large and comfortable. There are great views of the nearby harbor, an outdoor market in the square below, and an exceptional wine bar that only serves local wine directly downstairs. Zeljka and Zeljko were exceptional hosts; they made sure that we had everything we needed. As other reviews have stated, they provided us with true Croatian hospitality!!! Zeljko made sure we knew everything about the apartment and gave my husband a mini-tour of the surrounding area. Zeljka was only a phone call or email away and was very quick to respond. We look forward to coming back to this apartment in Rovinj on our next visit to Istria. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area!!!

Fantastic Hosts!

We highly recommend a stay as Casa Bella. We're a family of four with young children who stayed in this nice apartment for three nights over spring break. This apartment is ideally situated to most things in Rovinj and is located just above the market where locals sell fresh fruits/ vegetables and other local products. The apartment had everything we needed as far as basics and was relaxing to say the least. There was no hidden costs or additional costs and it was advertised exactly as described. The owner's father met us on our check in and out day and arranged everything we needed for our trip to include free parking and drop off / pick up of our luggage from our car. He also gave us a detailed run down of the apartment, Rovinj and other things to do in the local area. Although we did not meet the owner personally, we were provided with a local cell phone and she called us to welcome us as well as offer her services if necessary. Additionally, she was quick o answer any emails we sent. Just 50 meters to the left of your exit is a wine shop that will open just about any bottle to allow you to test prior to purchasing a bottle. We suggest the local grape of Teran, very nice red that we enjoyed. I was able to run daily while there, it was a beautiful route thru a local and the pleasant run took me right along the cost for most of the way. Pula is within an hour and has a few very impressive remains of the Roman occupation to include one of 6 standing Amphitheaters. My children enjoyed climbing over the stairs and having lunch by the Jupiter monument. By far the best eating we had was the final night. Scuba, just down the road was a pleasant surprise. Although we spent about 80 euros on dinner, it was a huge seafood platter for 2 and a meat platter for the kids, to include a nice bottle of local white wine to wash it down. The owners of this particular restaurant was very nice and quick. We are early dinner eaters and going there at 5PM was right along with our plans. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surly recommend this location to all our friends and family.

Simply Amazing

From the beginning of the process of booking the apartment, Zeljka was super attentive and easy to work with. She worked with me at every stage of the booking process and helped to point me in the direction of best places to go, tours, and things to see and do. Upon arrival, which was quite late at night, her dad, Zeljko, met us at the ferry. He had a sign with my name on it and welcomed us quite warmly. He insisted on carrying one of our massively heavy pieces and luggage to the apartment (which is directly above the market and close to the ferry stop) and carried it up the stairs. Once in the apartment, he gave us a very detailed introduction the place and how things worked, etc. He then took us on a short walk to the town center and bid us farewell. Along the walk to the square, he pointed out places to get breakfast, coffee and vendors that are easy to work with in the market. The very next day, he brought us clean beach towels, toilet paper and the most delicious coffee. Halfway through our stay, the family team came over and changed our bedding and even hooked up a new tv for us to watch the work cup on! Zeljko & Zeljka are so easy to work with and really one of the nicest family I have encountered. They both gave us such good suggestions on beaches, bike rides, drives, restaurants, and things to do in Rovinj (and the surrounding areas) that they made our trip one of the best we have ever taken. I cannot tell you enough how their hospitality made the trip so over the top, that we will be talking about it for years. The apartment is MASSIVE! There is so much space and it realy does feel like a home. There is bedroom that over looks the market and out onto the sea. In the morning, when the market starts bustling, you simply close the shutters and windows and you seriously cannot hear any noise. The back bedroom overlooks a caffe and restaurant and a church so there are literally no neighbors! You simply cannot find a better deal with a nicer family than Casa Bella. I will whole-heartedly recommend this apartment to anyone that plans to stay in Rovinj! One of my favorite places ever!

Easter Weekend in Rovinj

Let’s start with the headline: You will never find better, friendlier, more accommodating hosts than Zeljka and her dad Zeliko. Meet us outside of the pedestrian zone? Follow his bike to the flat? Haul our heavy suitcases? Show us every light, appliance, window and amenities? Yes, yes, yes, yes and more.I am talking 40 years of travel and visits to 20 countries. Unrivaled.Of course, Rovinj, Croatia, is astonishing. Twisty old streets. A beautiful cathedral on the hill with Easter mass in Croat and Italian. A wonderful waitress from Serbia. Good food. Great walks. Postcard-perfect views.The flat was comfy, spacious with all the amenities needed for our two-day stay. The Adriatic was right out of our windows. unequivocally!

Appartement hyper bien situé dans une ville splendide

Appartement spacieux, idéalement situé. Pas de souci avec le bruit en dépit du caractère hyper central. Clim efficace. Couchage de qualité. Proprietaire très accueillant et gentil. L’appartement mériterait peut être un petit rafraîchissement. Et des rideaux occultants.

Excellent Hosts and Wonderful Stay!!

We absolutely loved Zelka and Zeljka. They were very responsive and Zelka met us where our driver dropped us off, offered us a cappuccino to tell us about the beautiful seaside town and brought all our luggage to the room. The apt was spotless, beds were so comfy, even had channels in English! Left us chocolates and the kitchen was equipped if you wanted to cook a dinner. The location was absolutely the BEST. We can't enough about it. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and we needed a nice place to stay and do our laundry and rest up. We could not have been happier in this beautiful town. I only wished we stayed longer!! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Great location, great hosts!

What a delightful experience staying in this large very well located apartment. Remarkably quiet given its central position . Zeljka was an attentive host and Zeliko a dream to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for this (daughter/father) pair and everything was thought of before needing to ask. Well equipped apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our 16days and hope to return.

Great location, helpful owners

We stayed in Rojvin Property at the end of June. The apartment was clean and well staffed. Very nice two big bedrooms a living room with amazing view and bathroom. The owners were amazing and providing all of the support that we needed. Appreciate the help with the parking as the parking is kind of hard to run the property. Would definitely suggest this property.

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. It’s a fabulous little town. This place is a great bargain and the hosts really knocked themselves out to help you enjoy your stay. Our only issue was that the air conditioning did not cool down the master bedroom very well but we were there during a heat wave. The place is quirky but nice, spacious and exceptionally well located.

Wonderful long weekend in Rovinj!

We had a great time in Rovinj over a long weekend. The apartment’s location is perfect, right in the center of it all, but could be a bit noisy in the morning as it sits directly above the local market. The amenities are basic, but it has everything you need. Restaurants, shops, cafes, and local attractions are just steps away. Zeljka was a pleasure to deal with and “Dad” was a huge help at check-in/out. Dad also has plenty of great recommendations to help you enjoy your stay. We would love to visit this beautiful city again.

Rovinj must visit

Enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the assistance of Zeljko on arrival meeting us and getting us settled. The apartment is in a very good location to see all Rovinj has to offer. I would say that it is in complex that the shared areas could use some freshening up. Also the apartment was great for 4 people. A fresh coat of paint would also improve my rating to a 5. No a big deal I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Spacious apartment by the Harbour in Rovinj Old Town

We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. It is a beautiful town. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was excellent with views across the water and a market close by. Zelko was really helpful and informative and gave us several great ideas for outings. Both Zeljka and Zelko made us feel very welcome. We would love to return and stay at the apartment again

I am Croatian from Rovinj, who enjoys travelling, culture, historical buildings and reading, and I am inspired by Rovinj Old Town where my apartments Arco Vecchio and sea view apartment Casa Bella are situated. My father Zelko is a great help in assisting our guests at the apartments and providing local, out of guide tips, so you can really discover this gem. I currently live in Porec where I work as a hotel general manager, and I really enjoy the hospitality sector and meeting so many great and inspiring people.
