Our home is perfect for everyone! The large 40' x 20' pool is fun for all. The home offers two master bedrooms with televisions, and full sized bunkbeds in the children's room with a full size crib. There is both a Livingroom to watch television and a large game room with a television and table for four to play your favorite boardgames or cards . The house is just a short walk to Wilmington's most premiere shopping, dinning and parks. Guest can enjoy the beach's in minutes from this location, 7.3 miles to Wrightsville Beach NC, 13.2 miles to Carolina Beach. Historic downtown Wilmington with the famous Riverwalk and Live Oak Pavilion is a short 4.2 miles. We love fur babies, but our HOA requires only safe breeds and that you provide records of veterinary prescribed flea and tick medication. We also ask that you only bring dogs that are good with kids and other dogs.

Perfect and relaxing stay in Wilmington

This house was beautifully decorated, clean, relaxing, and centrally located to Wilmington and the beach communities. We loved our stay and hope to visit again! The pool and spacious yard are great for families.

Wonderful stay in Wilmington!

Lovely spacious home located just a couple of minutes to the beaches, restaurants and historic sites. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and big screen tv in between our many activities. Our dogs loved the backyard, which had tons of green space, in addition to a huge pool (another selling point of our stay). The hosts thoughtfully offered the basics in the kitchen, so we could prepare meals.

Perfect Home and Location

The property is large and has an amazing outdoor space. For our tennis team and the locations where we played, no property could not have been better. The owner was quick to respond and incredibly helpful when we needed a question answered. We highly recommend this property, and hope other groups enjoy it as much as we did.

Everything is great

First of all, we arrived around 3pm but the check-in time is 4pm. The owner/manager was so nice and let us check in earlier. The house is beautiful and big enough for 9 of us, the location is great, closed to all of the attractions and grocery stores. The communication between us and owner/manager was great, they got back to me right away. We all had a great time and love this house. Highly recommended and we will be back in summer time.

Great Family Property

Our family of six adults and one infant came to Wilmington for a wedding. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. Great central location. The backyard with pool is especially enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.

Roomy home with space for the 10 of us ! Beautifully decorated and comfortable vibe . Pool and backyard is even better than pics. It’s truly a huge oasis with everything you need to have enjoyable leisure time with family. The host was delightful and attentive. Would stay here again for certain.

The Best Time!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing! It has everything and more that you need! We had two babies that loved running and crawling on the back porch that was carpeted and enclosed! The pool was great as well! It is so close to everything you need! The owner got back to us very fast when we had questions and they keep the house stocked with what you need! It was very clean as well. Such a beautiful home! We will be staying here again!! Definitely recommend!! 🙂

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice it is even more gorgeous in person. Located close to everything beaches, riverfront, downtown, shopping. The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with answering any questions we had right away. I would give this a 10 star rating if I could!

Amazing Amenities!

Our stay at Tabitha 's home was very accommodating and cozy! The pool was a hit with our little one and I love that they are so welcoming to fur babies! The amenities are countless, and the entire house is fully stocked with anything you need! The location is so convenient to everything and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Tabitha is very prompt with communication! We hope to be back soon!!

Roomy with a well-equipped kitchen

We were cooking for a big group so appreciated the abundance of large bowls and pans. Also, there is plenty of seating especially in the outdoor area, which is the nicest aspect of the home. All the bathrooms were nice. The washer and dryer were easy to use. It is a one-floor home, which is good for those who find stairs difficult. The only two inconveniences were that 1) the lighting was not good in some rooms; one room so much so that we did not really use it. (Young people watched a movie there one night.) 2) the mattresses on the bunk beds were "okay" but not super comfortable.

Just the place we needed!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Tabitha’s place while visiting family in the Wilmington area. Check in was easy, the house was modern, comfortable, and clean; and we had all the amenities we could ask for. My one year old had plenty of room to run around safely (and she was THRILLED about the toys and books provided in the nursery), we swam in the lovely saltwater pool daily, and grilled out on the grill provided for my nephew’s birthday party. The property is super close to all the wonderful food and shopping Wilmington has to offer but is also tucked away enough to feel like your not in the middle of town! Everyone in our group loved this house and we are so thankful that we had the opportunity to stay here this summer!

Fun in the sun!

We had a blast at this home! 3 adults & 7 kids had plenty of room to spread out in this spacious home. Communication with the host was perfect. Immediate responses and accomodated us 100%! The pool was a HUGE hit! We couldn't keep our kids out of it. We brought pool toys and floats with us but there was no need, everything you need is provided. As well as for inside the house too- kitchen and coffee bar were fully stocked for everything we need for the week besides groceries; and if there was something we forgot, I'm sure it could have been found in the cupboards. Plenty of towels for 10 of us in the pool & showers. And we were able to wash and dry anything we needed. Location is perfect for a quick 15 min drive to Wrightsville beach. We also took a drive to Jonny mercer fishing pier to watch the sun rise and enjoyed souvenir shopping in the store there. On Thursday Carolina Beach, about 25 min drive, had fireworks! Shopping and food are all minutes away. Host leaves a check in and check out book in the home which included a list of their closeby favorites - we really loved that and used it for our benefit if you're traveling with no real plan. We visited several places she listed as favorites, including crazy mason & the Venus fly traps. Thank you for sharing your home with us- we hope to come again!

Perfect Location with all the best amenities!

My husband and I raised our family in Wilmington, NC and still have family and friends there. Coming home for a visit to this vacation home made it so much more enjoyable. Our son Justin, his wife Stephanie along with our sweet grandbabies, Emma 2 yr. old and Andrew 3 months old joined us and were the stimulus for us renting this particular house. They also have two little Yorkies which were coming so finding a pet friendly home was a must. The amenities were awesome. Gorgeous Pool, Crib, plenty of bedrooms, all on one floor, so we didn't have to worry about our granddaughter always wanting to climb upstairs. All the floors, with the exception of the Master Suite was wood or tile, so we felt comfortable with having the puppies with us, and it was easy to keep them out of the carpeted Master Suite area. All the comforts of home for our family of 6 with two puppies!!! The back yard is fenced in and huge with an outdoor kitchen and grilling set up by the pool and a covered area on the deck to sit with family and friends and enjoy a cookout. We had such a good time visiting by the pool! The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to prep your meals and even has a great coffee bar with a Kuerig as well as regular coffee pot and grinder for beans with all accessories. They thought of everything! Even has a washer and dryer! Location is perfect with a grocery store 5 minutes away. We highly recommend! Thank you, Tabitha for sharing your home we enjoyed it.
