Memphis stay

The house was nice. However the location of the home was less than ideal. There were gunshots close by one night and many houses in the area boarded up. If the house was in a different location it would be a great place to stay

Great location!

We stayed here on our way from the beach. I chose it for its large backyard. After 7 hours of driving it was the perfect place to stretch our legs. Not to mention had a great park just across the street. Everything in the house had been redone with some nice features! Plenty of beds for my 3 year old twins, 6 year old son, and my husband and I. Only heads up I would give were even with the brand new touchups, it looks like people have damaged. The barn door that closes the master bath is broken pretty badly and if you have littles like do, there is a beautiful large mirror in the dinning room. If you have high anxiety about your wee ones and large mirrors that is something to note. However, mine did fine. Overall, nothing that would bump it from 5 stars. Great place. Great communication. The pictures doesn’t do it justice

It was a really beautiful property the checkin process took the longest but it was all worth it when we walked in.I definitely will be booking again thanks for having us.

Spacious home across from park

Nice sized home for our group of 7 and our short weekend stay. Could use a few things fixed. If you arent used to trains and airplanes or you are a light sleeper, know they do go thru at night. Would stay there again. Had very nice neighbors.

Dirty and Bad Neighborhood

Found spent rounds outside in the yard. The sheets were dirty. Had to sleep on top of the comforter with blankets we had brought. Would not recommend.

Christmas Gathering

The house has been updated very nicely but not quite completed which lead to 4 and not 5 stars. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with getting around. A large park across the street and everything we wanted to go to was within 20 minutes. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Has potential but…

The home has some gorgeous updates. Space is enormous and nicely designed. The colors, the tiles, the counters, the flooring, and the furnishings were all amazing when it was originally updated. The maintenance is severely lacking. Paint is all chipping off. Ceiling in main bathroom is falling in from water damage. There were several holes and divots in the walls. There is what looks like blood splatter on the light fixture in the dining room. The neighborhood is run down and full of abandoned and boarded up houses. There was no hand soap or body wash, other amenities were missing and the check in process was scary. The code given online did not work and the side door was left wide open. Upon contacting the host a new code was provided but still had to do a full sweep to make sure that there wasn’t anyone else in the house before bringing my children inside.

Memphis girls trip

We believe this must be a new VRBO many things missing that should have been there. There needs to be a welcome book with information on who to call if you lose electricity, etc. the kitchen was also lacking in basics.

Enjoyable

The property was very nice and as advertised. I believe it is a newer listing so is lacking in just a few things. We had to go in search of garbage bags for all the garbages, towels for the bathrooms, etc. one of the bathrooms did not have any hand soap or shampoo but the other one did. Overall it had all the necessary things and we had a nice stay. House was nice and clean overall. Manager was very nice and easy to work with. Would recommend.
