The Space:
Welcome to my new luxury apartment located in the heart of the CBD, just steps from the French Quarter. Originally constructed in the late 1800's, the space was gutted to the studs and rebuilt from the ground-up with the guest experience at top of mind. Here, modern amenities mingle with all the comforts of home to create a space that is at once both pretty and practical. Whether you are traveling with friends, family, or colleagues, my home is your ultimate NOLA travel destination.

- Great common space to come together and hang out as a group, including flatscreen SmartTV.
- Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.
- 100+ year old space was completely renovated with guest comfort as our first priority.
- Raw wood beams in the ceiling are a historic and classy touch; they were reclaimed from barges on the Mississippi river in the late 1800's.
- Exposed brick accents throughout

- All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is on the third level and does require stairs to access. There is no working elevator on the premises.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is reserved for your exclusive use. Unfortunately this home is not wheelchair accessible.

The Neighborhood:
An amazing NOLA location in the Central Business District, you are steps from famous Canal Street and the French Quarter’s edge. The ideal homebase for city exploring! The Quarter’s bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the city’s very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.

Getting Around:
You will be walking distance to the French Quarter and the convention center, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
