Home away from home

We loved the property. It was in a great location for shopping, nice walks around Litchfield Park, Westgate entertainment, ... The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything for meals, etc. And lastly, the owners were extremely helpful , actively ensuring that we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Super convenient and comfortable

Excellent location. Host was very responsive. Never figured out how to use the thermostat and the TV was perplexing for us. The home was very clean but the carpet needs to be replaced and the window blind in the queen bedroom needs to be replaced. If the house was available next year, we’d definitely stay there again.

Phoenix Sun Seeking getaway

Your home was perfect for a short getaway from snow! Morning coffee on the sunny back porch was perfect, close to sights and restaurants! Clean and well maintained! Host communicated well and was responsive! Litchfield had a great farmer’s market we visited after eating at El Pueblo- DELICIOUS!

A comfortable retreat from a busy weekend

When we stepped into the house (with very easy to use check in) we sighed relief. We had just had a frantic trip into Phoenix, and it was late and we were exhausted. This was exactly what we were hoping for! There were two of us. My partner had a private area with the bedroom and bathroom tucked into the back of the house. And I had the master bedroom with the private bath. The beds are super comfortable and helped us get rest to survive the long days we had. We forgot to bring coffee and tea, but our hosts thought of that and had some green tea and nice coffee, sugar and cream waiting for us. The check out instructions were easy and made us feel like we could make ourselves at home during our stay. There is a pool (we were too busy to enjoy it) a lovely patio area, and a quiet neighborhood. In short... it had all the amenities I needed, was exactly what was pictured in the listing, and we had an inviting place to return to each night. Thank you Lori!

Wonderful home

This is our second stay while visiting family in the area - it is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very communicative and check in is easy. We will be booking it again!

Comfortable bed, fun in the pool & clean

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. My husband has a bad back and we’ve always traveled with our own twin foam topper (yes, stuff one in a luggage) because most hotel and rental places use low quality mattress. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need to pull it out. Mark & Lori were accommodating, communicative and reasonable. The AC unexpectedly broke on us which caused a bit of hiccup, as is life. Mark and Lori were super prompt in addressing the issue and we were able to enjoyed the rest of our stay. In general, you hope for an uneventful rental experience but life happened and we were happy with how they handled the situation!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the pool was refreshing, well stocked kitchen and the couch was comfortable too! We have family in the area and hope to book this home again soon!

We absolutely loved this property. The pool is small, so it's not great if you want to do laps but it is great for a dip to cool off and relax. There was a perfect spot for me to work. You can tell Mark and Lori take pride in their accommodations. The house was very clean.

4 minutes to everything that we needed. Golf course, grocery stores, coffee, restaurants. If you’re planing a golf trip to Wigwam, this is the spot for the price.

West of Phoenix

In town to meet up with old friends. Location close to all the spring training facilities. House is as advertised, easy access, great communication with homeowner, and walking distance to Wigwam Resort(0.8 miles, but we drove) for great food and golf. House was nicely supplied with all the ‘home’ essentials you need, even coffee and teas and condiments. Very much appreciated the ‘starter’ water, candy, chips. Also very nice that the lights and fans in the respective rooms work, and are very user friendly for operations, unlike many rentals. Didn’t use the pool, huge backyard with great outdoor relaxation areas. Mostly sat outside am and to wind the night down.

Great Getaway

This house is amazing. From the space and how well it is kept, to its location. There are some great places to eat and play golf within 15min. The hosts were great and answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely see if this house is available on our next trip to the area.
