The modern kitchen offers a seamless view of the pool area, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals. Though not directly on the beach, the property is just a short drive (about 1 mile) from the beautiful beaches of La Parguera, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters, snorkeling, and the famous bioluminescent lagoon. Great vacation home

This home was perfect for our family of 4. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Albit was wonderful, many tips and was very informative. The outdoor pool space was great and where we spent most of our time. Very close to town and the ocean.

Great base to explore South and West coasts

We had a wonderful stay at Albit's place in Parguera. The house is beautiful and well appointed - especially in the kitchen, which we loved as we like to cook a lot as a family. Logistics were very smooth and he was super helpful in guiding us to a guide to go snorkeling in the beautiful waters near Parguera. We hope to return!!

Exploring La Parguera

Aura and Albit have a beautiful home and are great hosts. The house was clean and very welcoming. The pool was a definite plus and we used it every day. We also walked into town almost every day to eat lunch and dinner. There are several restaurants to choose from. This is a vacation we will never forget.

Best trip!!

This house was amazing. The property owners were incredible. Plenty of space in the backyard for a variety of swimming, tanning, relaxing and grilling. Never seen a home with this many amenities. It was hard to leave!! . Saved probably 100 a day not having to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Our favorite nearby beach was Santa Beach. We really liked the Hollywood restaurant nearby. So good!!

Enjoying La Parguera

Wonderful house with an outstanding outdoor/pool area. Lots of seating in shade and sun, greenery, nice pool, large grill. Inside has roomy kitchen and bedrooms. Well- stocked for cooking and games/bikes for playing. Wonderful helpful host. Highly recommend

Like I said everything a person would want cool breeze ocean view pool it was a nice beautiful property and a nice area. Everything a person needs except for groceries and beverage. Our house were excellent. Understood our language and treated us like family. Thank you so much.

Peace & Serenity

We absolutely loved this house, Albit contacted me with clear details on how to access the house. It was clean & tidy and was nicely appointed, it had absolutely anything you could have wanted. The bed was very comfortable even though we thought it would be too soft, as its like sleeping on a cloud but we had no trouble sleeping and no back ache which was so nice. The outside deck/garden of the house is also lovely, with the pool taking prime spot, which was clean and inviting. Albit messaged us a few times to check we were okay and had everything we needed. We asked Albit if he could recommend a boat trip and he gave us details of his friend and neighbour Gordo, who we contacted and arranged a fantastic boat trip with to the Cayos. The week we had in Albit's house was definitely the highlight of our holiday, it was so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely recommend but don't tell everyone, as we would like to be able to come back to PR and stay here again at some point. Thanks Albit & thanks Gordo

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

It was a beautiful and relaxing stay for my family. The owners are fantastic, and their home is gorgeous inside and out. The house is clean and well stocked, with a fabulous pool and outdoor spaces. La Parguera is lovely, and the boat trip with their wonderful friend and neighbor Gordo, an exceptional captain, allowed us to have a private tour of the Cayes, which was an amazing, one-of-a-kind experience. It was an unforgettable stay! I wish we had more time. We can't wait to return.

As in previous stays, this place is simply wonderful. I call it my Happy Place. The host is incredibly kind and accessible. The house is spotless. In short, the best place in La Parguera.

Amazing

The pictures do not do this place justice! This home is absolutely amazing! We only spent half the trip here and I left wishing we stayed the entire time! It’s close to music and food and the views are beautiful! We went to the bioluminescent bay and the experience is something my boys will never forget! It was amazing! The homeowners are extremely responsive and helpful! I hope one day we can return! Thank you!!

A stay for forever memories

My family and I loved this house. Everything was true to the pictures. Albit was a great host. Very communicative and thoughtful. The house was supper clean and tons of games and activities to do. The pool was amazing. The area is fun and safe. Nothing but good memories all around.

Beautiful Home!

We booked Ocean View last minute. Friendly, accommodating, and quick communication with the owner. The home was gorgeous, well stocked with everything we could possibly need for our week vacation. For instance, for our trips to the beach, we had access to beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and towels! After a storm, the owner checked in with us to see if the pool needed an extra cleaning! The owner even provided contact information for a local resident who took us snorkeling and later to see a bioluminescence bay. Check-in and check-out were easy. We loved La Parguera!

Stunning Place at La Parguera!

Beautiful cozy house, very peaceful and secure. Every aspect of the house is harmoniously placed creating an extraordinary vacationing experience, excellent to relax and recharge. The views are exceptional and the continuous sea breeze is refreshing. I have to say that the hosts Albit and Aura were very accommodating and always available to assist in any inquiry. Great spot, could not be happier

This house was beautiful. Just like the photos. Our group had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the pool. Beautiful views. Clean. The host was super friendly and would check in to see if we needed help. This house it not right in town. We were glad once we got there and understood the layout of the area. Close to town. I will say for awareness, the town has restaurants and shops but they are not always open. We drove to beaches and waterfalls and the gps worked well. We enjoyed the bioluminescent water. Great house and area if staying on this side of island. Thanks again!

Paradise in La Parguera

Beautiful, well equipped and comfortable house. The outside area with grill and pool were spectacular and had a view of the Caribbean Sea. Host was very helpful, answering all my questions regarding the area. Water was so clear and our boating trip with Gordo was fantastic. Loved anchoring by a sand bar and swimming in the shallow waters.

Family get away

The best house and hosts in La Parguera. We have been on several occasions, and each time we enjoy it more. The house is always in impeccable condition, in a good neighborhood, and super comfortable. Love it!

Backyard Oasis

The details that the owners put in the house were incredible and made you feel at home. Fully stocked! Super clean…good I had my sons who know a lot about technology so we were able to figure out the outside stereo. Pool was refreshing and the hammocks were the best most relaxed spot in the backyard. The owners left their binoculars for us to star gaze and it was breathtaking. Ping pong table was a huge hit as well as foosball table and other games. What I appreciated is we had some food and drinks left over and other places insist you throw it away or take it with you. The owners think like I do and reassured me it would not go to waste and I could leave it there for the cleaning crew to take. That made me feel good. It was really nice to introduce my family and their wives to PR and it was a great “home base” to use so we could travel throughout the island and visit multiple beaches. Thank you Albit and Aura!

FANTASTIC STAY!

We just returned from staying at Aura and Albit's property over the holiday and new year, and we can't say enough good things. The combination of a great, beautiful property, an amazing location that is fun and laid back, and our amazing hosts made this one of the best rentals we have ever booked. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen/living area is huge and well stocked. Our 2 young kids loved the house as well and had plenty to keep them occupied. We spent most of the days lounging in and around the pool, or laying in the hammocks. We also went with the host's recommendation for water activities (snorkeling and visiting the cays) and we had a fantastic time. Thank you for everything, Aura and Albit! We look forward to returning!
