If you’re looking for country feels with beach living, look no further! Located 8 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown - you'll enjoy all Charleston has to offer.
This single-family, elevated home is situated on 1.35 acres in Mount Pleasant. The property sits well back from the main road offering plenty of privacy and tons of parking.
GARAGE: Houses our Gym - weight lifting machines, dumbbells, cable machines, squat rack, and a full bathroom. *NOTE: please sign waiver located inside our house binder prior to use. Respect our clients when sharing the gym.*
The beach essentials are stored here: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a skim board and cooler. We have 4 beach cruisers available for your use as well. There’s also a ping pong table, an 8’ table for party games and darts.
KITCHEN: Equipped with extras like an insta-pot, blender, toaster oven, and mini waffle maker. The island seats 4 people and a couch right off the kitchen offers more seating.
“FOURTH” BEDROOM: located off the kitchen, includes a queen-size, pull-out sofa bed, blackout curtains, freestanding clothes rack with shelves, and barn doors for privacy.
LIVING ROOM: Features a cathedral ceiling with sky lights and plenty of windows with a 65" smart TV. There’s a large sectional as well as a full-size sleeper sofa, a chair, and floor pillows.
BEDROOM 1: The primary is located on the main floor, past the washer/dryer and closet. The room is spacious and includes a king-size bed and its own 65” smart TV. The ensuite bathroom was fully renovated in July 2022 and includes a shower as well as stand-alone bathtub.
**QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS located inside the primary closet with sheets and bedding.
BEDROOM 2: Located on the second floor with king-size bed and 50” smart TV. Equipped with blackout curtains.
BEDROOM 3: Located on the second floor with both a queen and full-size bed. Equipped with blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a fully renovated (July 2022) jack-and-jill bathroom with combo shower/bathtub.
A printer and electric sit-stand desk is located on the landing of the second floor.
**Only 4 bedrooms… but the use of 2 sofa beds and a queen-size mattress allows us to sleep up to 14 people.

I am a Navy brat who's moved so many times, I’m always game for change. Born in Florida (and lived there 2 other times), I’ve also had the privilege of living in Japan, Germany, California, and Virginia as well.
Kyle is a true California boy and has only known the West Coast until moving to South Carolina in 2022.
We didn’t think we’d live in our RV trailer full-time, but thanks to VRBO/AIRBNB, here we are! We love meeting our guests, drinking a coffee (all day), working out, being outside, and exploring playgrounds with our son!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We aren’t in a true “neighborhood” and have only a few neighbors we do have are friendly. We (Kyle, Alexis, 4 year old son, dog and cat) live in the travel trailer situated on the backside of the property.
You're walking distance to the Harris Teeter shopping center and super close to Highway 17 to take you anywhere you wanna go!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The 1.35 acre yard and a full gym in the garage makes our home a hidden gem in Mount Pleasant. The large front porch and screened in patio allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds the property. Living 8 minutes from a warm beach ain't too shabby either!
