Magnifique condo au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain près de la plus grande piscine de Naples, terrain de pickle ball, 5 courts de tennis et jeu de palets. Beau plancher de tuiles dans la cuisine, la salle à manger, les salles de bain et les nouveaux planchers de bois franc en bambou ailleurs. Bar de cuisine pour s'asseoir pour votre petit déjeuner et 2 télévisions avec câble. Winterpark en haute saison propose de nombreuses activités telles que le yoga, l'aquagym, les soirées bingo, les soirées piscine, les cartes etc. C'est une communauté très recherchée pour les acheteurs et les locataires.

Winterpark est la communauté de vacances idéale. Tout le monde est très sympathique; vous pouvez faire du vélo dans le parc exceptionnellement bien entretenu; il est abondamment rempli de palmiers et de végétation.

Garez-vous juste à la porte et entrez dans le condo à travers la véranda filtrée où vous pourrez déguster votre café et papier du matin ou un cocktail en soirée avec votre bien-aimé.

À proximité se trouve le shopping sur la 5ème avenue branchée, des restaurants, l'épicerie Publix, Starbucks, le zoo de Naples, les Everglades pour des promenades en hydroglisseur passionnantes, les plages de la côte du golfe et la jetée de Naples (à 8 km) pour regarder le coucher du soleil.

Ce sont les vacances parfaites pour s'évader et notre condo est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée à la piscine ou une journée à explorer cette communauté riche et accueillante avec des plages de sable et de superbes couchers de soleil. Remplissez la baignoire jacuzzi et faites tremper pour le summum de la détente! Une fois que vous êtes allé à Winterpark et à Naples, vous voudrez revenir encore et encore comme beaucoup le font!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and Lori went above and beyond… we left a review in her guest book because she had blessed us so much, as a family needing some time away- just what we needed! Sad to leave

The unit lived up to its pictured presentation. For me and my wife, it was perfect in every way. Location to shops, restaurants and beaches was very convenient. The Hostess Lori is so easy and pleasant to communicate with. It made us sad to leave. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Lori for sharing your lovely home in Naples with us.

Great location , clean and comfortable

We stayed Dec 2018 and January 2019. Great location close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and the beach. Lots of extras in the unit like bicycles, beach chairs & umbrella, tennis rackets and pool toys. We had a fantastic time and felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property. House Renovations

Stayed at this property while my house is renovated after being damaged during hurricane Ian. I have not one negative thing to say. In fact, I could live here the rest of my life. Love it!!

Great holiday!

The condo is located in a very nice community. We could enjoy ourselves in spite of the terribly hot weather. It was our first time in Florida in the summer and we were really shocked at the heat. The air conditioning in the condo was a blessing. We had some little issues with the internet and a shower head but Lori was always there to help us solve them. The property is as advertised and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only regret, which is more to do with Naples than the condo itself, was that most of the beach parkings are reserved for residents only, and in the few streets that will allow visitor parking, you must pay U$5 per hour. We didn´t mind that much because we just went to the beach a couple of times as it was so hot, we preferred to enjoy the swimming pool, which was awesome! We would definitely stay again!

perfect holidays

We had a wonderful holiday. Lori answered all questions very quickly and in the condo you will find everything you need. It is very clean and tastefully decorated and you can reach everything very quickly. The pool is huge, clean and mostly empty. I would like to thank Lori for giving us her condo and hope to come back again.

Fabulous Property and Location

I stayed here 2 months and honestly, this condo is wonderful; beautifully equipped and furnished (the photos really don’t do it justice). I found it very quiet and spent many evenings reading on the lanai. The pool is huge and heated and whilst there were always people to chat to, it was never crowded. Location is ideal, 5 minute drive from downtown with a supermarket and pharmacy minutes away. I hardly drove whilst there and used the bikes provided to get around, it was so easy. The host was great to deal with and without doubt I would stay here again.

Amazing Place

My wife and I stayed here for a month in mid September and I cannot tell you what a lovely stay it was her. The owners were extremely accommodating, hospitable and extremely helpful. The unit was immaculate, all the amenities that you could ask for and more, especially having use of the beach gear and the bikes, wow, really a nice touch. Everything in the unit was where it needed to be and then some. The communication was excellent and responses were extremely prompt making the rental process and experience seamless and reassuring. This was the second time for us at this complex and the first time with these lovely owners and hoping to have many more occasions in the future. My wife and I are also extremely enamored of Naples and especially with all the great people we have befriended at this complex, always a smile, a wave and many great conversations in and around the beautiful pool. The weather of course is marvelous, plenty of beaches to access and day trips to experience. The only down side was us having to leave eventually, if you would like to experience the beauty and serenity of Naples then this place is a great retreat and the owners make it really feel like home, thanks so much for allowing us to stay here and for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect summer in Naples!

My family stayed here for three weeks this summer. We vacation in this area often and this was one of our favorite stays. The owners were so nice to work with and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs- 2 adults and 2 children. The grounds were also very well maintained. As parents we liked the location- very close to downtown Naples, the pier, and beaches. The kids loved the huge pool after a day at the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and shopping nearby- we love Publix and Oakes Farms on Davis Blvd. which has fantastic seafood, organic products, meats, deli, hot food bar, and pastry shop. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby if you don't. Even the people around the condo complex were very friendly. If you are staying for an extended time the location of the condo is fantastic. You can easily do some day trips to the Everglades to see the gators and manatees, Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs (we love Coconut Jacks restaurant), Fort Myers Beach (Doc Fords restaurant is good), Sanibel Island (the grouper sandwich as The Lazy Flamingo is awesome and if you like birding N Ding Darling is a great place to bike through), and Marco Island (Tigertail Beach- great for shelling). We even traveled to the Keys to SCUBA dive with Rainbow Reef Divers out of Key Largo for a few days. If you like pizza try The Crust. It is amazing. If you enjoy wine, try the Naples Winery in Tin City. They have a lot of fruit wines and sangria. All in all this area has everything for people who are looking for either a relaxing beach vacation , or a place to find adventure in fishing, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, shelling, kite surfing, and even beach volleyball action. I highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back soon!

Deze condo is heel schoon en ruim en heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Goede bedden en badkamers. In de keuken is ook alles aanwezig. Wij komen zeer zeker terug.

Great stay!

Lori is an awesome host! Great communication and is quick to respond to her guests. The condo is clean, well stocked with just about anything you could need for vacation, and in an excellent location in Naples. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Good choice

Well appointed and well stocked spacious condo in a convenient location in Naples. There is a cute little lanai surrounded by foliage that is a great spot for morning coffee. The designated parking spot is located right outside of the condo door. We were impressed with the owners and their quick response to inquiries. The amenities looked great, but due to Covid they were shut down and we were not able to use them. We definitely recommend this rental.

Apartment was fully stocked with every necessity and instructions for guests complete in every way. Even though the apartment was located furthest from Davis Blvd. of the 4 or 5 in the block, some traffic noise was still heard.

Clean and comfortable, well supplied and appointed.

We really enjoyed our month at the condo. We were comfortable in the unit and enjoyed the lanai. It’s a short walk to the pool which is the largest in Naples. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to groceries and restaurants.It was a short drive to Tin City, 5th Ave, 3rd Street and Naples Pier beach. The owner is helpful, friendly and responds promptly to questions and inquiries.

wonderful holliday

What we want when we are on holidays is to have no cares or worries. That's what this lovely condo in Winter Park meant for us. We like renting places where the owners actually use the property-it means that all different scenarios have been provided for:-beach and pool paraphernalia, bicycles, books, games, internet, cable and Netflix, as well as the basics. The decor is so bright and airy that seeing it every morning when you wake up reminds you that you are on holiday! Put that together with glorious weather and tropical landscaping in a quiet setting, it is so serene. This property was such a good fit for us-we could bicycle on pathways and quiet streets, we could walk through neighbourhoods and get a 'feel' for Naples, we could even walk to the grocery store (what a treat) and we could walk to Bealls-one of my favourite places to shop, although you will buy so much, you won't be able to carry it home!! (We did have access to a car but why drive when you can walk). The huge pool was always so clean and warm-just like pools you encounter in resorts in the Caribbean. You could relax floating on one of the pool noodles provided by Rob & Lori. I took advantage of the yoga and water aerobic classes provided. We even went to Bingo and have NEVER played bingo before but it was a lot of fun-everyone was so helpful and friendly. Visiting the beach was another highlight (parking pass provided-yes!.) Watching the sunset, collecting shells(there is something so calming about this activity), swimming, walking on the pier, seeing dolphins in the water all contributed to our relaxing holiday. We took advantage of Happy Hour deals in Downtown Naples (where all the parking is free-don't you wish that could be everywhere?) and eating alfresco at restaurants-again finding specials. (We loved the outside heaters in case of cool weather and thought how wonderful they would be on our deck at home in Orono, ON, Canada) We would definitely return to this rental and would recommend it to everyone, including families. The only thing that prevents us from spending more time here is our young grandchildren back home. We miss them too much! Thanks Rob & Lori

Bob and I ( Lori) welcome you to our condo. We live in Canada and have one grown daughter, and Bentley our grand doggy. Lori is a retired minister and Bob has retired from his career and now works part time at a funeral home. We love Winterpark and know you will too. We bike, swim, play tennis and relax. We enjoy going down to 5th Ave and browsing the stores or eating outdoors in one of the beautiful cafes. Thrift store shopping is a must in Naples since there are so many to shop at and so many good buys!
