Inside, two Smart TVs can be found in the family and master bedrooms, setting the scene for your cozy movie nights. Indulge in some friendly competition with the in-house foosball table. Meanwhile, a fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal for those homemade meals, complete with a coffee maker offering complimentary coffee and tea.

Though the call of laundry might not be on your vacation to-do list, a washer and dryer, with detergent provided, are available for your convenience.

After booking, a pool waiver must be signed and email communication will be required. Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of one small closet. While we are locally based and ready to assist, we appreciate your privacy.

Nestled in a tranquil, transitional neighborhood near downtown, the optimal way to explore the city is via car rentals or Uber.

Regular maintenance of the pool will take place twice a week, rendering it unavailable for 3-4 hours during these times.

As our home is located in the warm climate of Texas, encountering local wildlife, including small mammals and insects, is possible. We have pest control services in place to address any sightings, and encourage guests to notify us if they encounter any such instances"
