Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home located on a private beach and with stunning views overlooking Delaware Bay. Our secluded location ensures plenty of peace and privacy, making for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our vacation home is a quick 15-minute drive to the DE Turf complex, making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts looking for a convenient place to stay during their events. For those looking for shopping and dining experiences, Milford is only a 15-minute drive away.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our location offers great opportunities for fishing and crabbing. Our guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the privacy and comfort of their own vacation home.

With comfortable and spacious sleeping options, our vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests. Guests can also enjoy a range of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and satellite internet. (Inclement weather may disrupt internet)

Overall, our vacation home provides a great opportunity to create lasting memories in a beautiful and relaxing setting.

Note: there are audio/video surveillance cameras in place outdoors and there is a flight of steps to the entrance. This home is set up on pillars.
This home is located on a beach and backs to a marsh. There are flies and mosquitos and other marsh bugs. We suggest you bring fly spray.

Secluded Beauty

Beautiful property with everything you can need. Right on a secluded beach. Owner was very responsive. Fast internet allowed two people to work remotely at the same time. Nothing bad to say about this place, it's a gem!

Amazing views

The property felt secluded and private. The ocean views were amazing. We saw some great wildlife as well. Recommend to anyone needing to step away from day to day hustle and bustle.

Great Relaxing Stay

We had a great relaxing 3 night stay on Big Stone Beach. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Clean and updated. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view and loved the secluded location. Exactly what we were looking for. Well equipped kitchen, which was a major bonus for us. Pictures don't do it justice - very well decorated and comfortable beds!

Private getaway

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was amazing. The sun room provides amazing views, the beds were super soft, and the beach front property line made it that much better. Catherine was very hospitable and gracious. Would definitely recommend for your next little outing to give this place a shot.

Getaway Stay

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful, bay front, house. So much to offer from a very secluded piece of property. We had the opportunity to fish and relax over our 3 night stay. We look forward to our return hopefully sooner rather than later. Lovely home that we highly recommend others visiting.

Quiet and Secluded

The home was clean, very well appointed, and comfortable. We were amazed that so few houses are situated along this long, lovely beach! It definitely feels like you're a world away! While we could have spent the whole week sitting in the sunroom watching the eagles, Rehoboth Beach and other areas within a 40 min drive provided great restaurants and areas to explore.

Fall Getaway

Very beautiful time of the year to enjoy this beach house! We sat by the fire pit, listened to music, and looked at the bright moon over the water. The house was very clean and the best spot inside was the sunroom. It was peak time for the fall colorful leaves, so the drive through the marsh area was filled with golds and reds. We had a lovely time and recommend staying at this wonderful property!

Wonderful vacation!!!!

The house was very clean and the views of the bay are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset! We arrived just after a full moon so there were tons of horseshoe crabs on the beach but my family had a blast flipping them over! We found shark eggs, a turtle egg, hermit crabs and lots of cool rocks and seashells. Definitely bring bug spray though! We went to Bethany beach one day and when I asked my kids which beach the preferred they all said Big Stone Beach. You can't really swim but its a great place for exploring.

This beautiful beach house is exactly what our family needed. Cassie, thank you so much for making this such a beautiful and welcoming stay for us. You are very thoughtful. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in, the bottle of Red was a nice touch. We had everything needed, you went out of your way to make sure of that and we could tell. Bay Retreat

Wonderful! Pristine, lovely, equipped, getaway beach house. Breathtaking views of the bay. Endless undeveloped beaches for walking. Kitchen stocked with herbs, spices, condiments & appliances (note: no full-sized oven). Spaces for outdoor lounging & enjoyment. Impressive sound system. Best part- the sun room with panoramic views of the beach, water, nature. Cassie is such a helpful, caring host, that goes out of her way to please. I want to come back:) Thank you for sharing this special place!

Peaceful Beach House

The house was exactly as described - warm & cozy & situated right on the beach. With the exception of the horse flies, (no fault of Cassie & she did let us know ahead of time) we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds and walking on the secluded beach. Cassie was a great host and provided much more than other houses we've stayed at. She even left a card and a bottle of wine, which was a very sweet gesture. Cassie even went the extra mile and dropped off a blender the day before we arrived when I inquired if there was one at the house. Restaurants and shopping were convenient. Overall, this was a great vacation!

Absolutely perfect

This beautiful home is tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. The hosts have equipped the house with everything you’ll need including plenty of clean towel and extra blankets, bottled water and k-cups. The bed was luxuriously comfortable; we fell asleep listening to the waves each night. Sunrises on the deck were breathtaking. The sunroom was the perfect place to read a book on a rainy morning as we watched the boats in the bay. We walked for miles along the beach collecting shells and sea glass. We only encountered one other person on the beach who happened to live in the neighborhood. He couldn’t say enough good things about the host/owners of this fantastic home! You will feel like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle of the world; yet you’ll be only 7 miles from town and all the stores and restaurants. Wish I could give this listing more than 5 stars!!!!!
