Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Floride - Crescent Beach. Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain villa est de 1000 sq. Ft. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète, tous les appareils, véranda projeté. Centrale thermique / ac, trois téléviseurs. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité! Il a un roi, deux jumeaux, canapé-lit. cette villa est à quelques pas de l'eau turquoise du golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Ce complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, et une cour pittoresque front de mer avec des palets. Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine chauffée que welll comme une salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Tous les meubles, les appareils électroménagers, la tuile et de tapis sont mis à jour sur une base continue. Faites vos valises et venir à Island House pour des vacances que vous ne oublierez jamais!

Siesta Key Family Vacation 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was great! Much room for improvement. The guest bedroom fan was broken. A lightbulb was burned out in the dining room. There was a chair missing for the dining room table. There were ants in the kitchen. We had to buy ant traps even though we reported this, nothing was done. The internet did not work. We had work and needed the internet. A drawer from the refrigerator was broken.All of this was reported to the main office.

Amazing vacation in a beatiful location

Perfect spot

The first night we got there we had some trouble with the air conditioner and the property management was fast and efficient putting us in another villa. They are kind and very nice. Within the next day and a half we were able to go back to the original place and we loved it. The location is great and the beach is very close and beautiful. We understand sometimes life gets in the way but it all about how you handle it and the property management team was great. The communication was 10/10. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach. The location is in walking distance to the restaurants. We will be back.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was furnished nicely, the office staff was pleasant and the weather was perfect. Although the villa was generally clean there were crumbs under the dining room table and the coffee table which was surprising considering the additional cleaning fee.

Family beach get away

Then my son and wife came, went kayaking, rented bikes, went for fan boat (Punta Gorda), went to village for some great breakfasts, beach! Perfect family vacation for all ages.

A Good Holiday in 16N

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was very good.A few things that could be improved:- Please get someone to rake the beach on a regular basis. Other properties do this.- Please get more complete sets of glassware and plates. It's crazy that we're paying so much for so little.- The toilet in the master bedroom is broken. The water keeps running unless you jiggle the chain. We had the same problem with the same toilet last year. This needs to get addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our annual vacation is awesome. The grounds are very clean and the office personnel are very attentive. The Villa V13 does need a bit of TLC. It has old living furniture and the sofa bed is broken, and one of the kitchen cabinet door was also broken.

Our home away from home!

It was a refreshing change.My hope is that there will be at least one cabinet left empty so there is room for groceries without rearranging all of the others.The unit is very well decorated and well suited to out needs although the upholstered furniture needs a cleaning.Great vacation even with the red tide appearing

We feel in love with everything Island House has to offer. The heated pool was relaxing, and the ocean was magnificent. We enjoyed the food from the local restaurants. We are coming back next year to pickup where we left off.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, accessibility, good internet speed , the unit needs an upgrade, mattress in master bedroom felt used up, old and too soft with feeling the mattress springs at every turn, upon arrival maintenance had to tighten screws on too door handles and hinges in the bathroom. The toilet was running, gasket needed to be replaced as well. Ice maker did not work.

Enjoyed ping pong, pool, and air hockey with the kids. 5 washer/dryer sets on site made laundry quick and easy.
