SPECTACULAIRE, condo de plage. 2 CHAMBRES, 2 BAINS, PLUS DEN. Spacieux 1500 pieds carrés, offre le confort et le luxe dans l'un des meilleurs bâtiments à Indian Shores. SALLES DE BAINS ET CUISINE 5 ÉTOILES RÉMOLLÉES. Immeuble en front de mer, avec piscine chauffée, WIFI GRATUIT ET PARKING LIBRE COUVERT. bain à remous et la piscine surplombant la plage. Le condo est joliment décoré avec des espaces spacieux et comprend un canapé en cuir italien, une cheminée à bois dans le salon, un centre de divertissement avec une télévision à écran plat de 52 pouces, une chaîne stéréo, des jeux de société, des films sur DVD et une bibliothèque complète. Grand salon / salle à manger (6 places) ouvert sur un balcon. Balcon a également une table pour 6 pour profiter de votre vue paisible. Suite de luxe LUXUEUSE avec matelas à plateau-coussin king-size confortable, nouvel ensemble de suite principale, volets de plantation et salle de bains récemment rénovée, salle de bains avec douche à jets, double vasque, dressing et dressing dans la suite principale. Family bonding girls trip

My sister, mom, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Great location in general. The beach is right out the door. You can rent a cabana on the beach right in front of the building. My mom loved the master suite particularly the shower. The condo was very comfortable and has everything you need for a beach vacation including chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. John's Pass was fun. We went on a boat cruise from there and had a couple of meals there as well. The condo owner, Alina, was very accommodating. We were able to get into the condo earlier than the usual check in time and it made our day. She also checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great communication with us. This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo.this unit was spacious, all amenities were updated, and the balcony was large with good views of the gulf & bird sanctuary. The owner was available and very responsive. The pool area was large and comfortable. We were right on the beach, and a great location with access to all local attractions.We have already booked for next year.

The hostess was very helpful and quick response. Beautiful unit and we felt right at home. On a quiet beach. Dolphins swim by and a bird sanctuary next to our building. Very big pool deck and nice pool. Beautiful sunsets.

Steps away from a quiet beach, fully equipped with large kitchen and patio. TV in every room. We really enjoyed the birds and view from the balcony. Birds were quiet (and beautiful). Slept with our window open to the sounds of water lapping on the sand. We were there post hurricane and pleased that the unit has no damage.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, this place was fantastic! The property owner was very repsonsive leading up to our arrival and was readily available throughout our stay with information about the condo and great suggestions of things to do in the area! We felt the condo was as described if not better, it was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great and the beach was soft white sand! The condo was well equipped with anything youd need for the beach - umbrella, chairs, toys, plenty of towels, ect.... Its a place we would come back to again if we're in the area!

Fantastic area!!

The property was clean, secure, up to date, and located in a great spot! Communication was just as good, there was no stress involved in booking, checking in, and checking out....very simple. The area is one of the best we have been to, lots of shopping, restaurants, and it was great for walking or running. Only suggestion would be to explore a little for places to eat, Google doesn't pick up many of the gems that are nearby. Would love to come back to this property!!

Superb apartment

We had a great 5 days staying here. Real home from home feel to this apartment. Abundance of kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs. Good quality linens on beds. Anything anyone could want. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Really lovely quiet beach too. Lots of eateries within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries, gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants, we went to everyone one and they were brilliant!! Instructions were easy to understand and we had no problem. Really can’t say much more than if you are thinking about renting this condo, please do!! My only complaint was that the master suite shower was so good all the family wanted to shower in it. We almost had to have a rota! Being British, we could’ve made use of a kettle but we just boiled water in a saucepan for a brew. It wasn’t a problem. We loved it!

The condo is great! It worked so well for us with 2 small children. We had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs, toys, boogie boards was a real plus. We loved the location, beach and pool area. Condo had plenty of space and well equipped. The owner checked in to be sure we had everything we needed, which was really nice! We hope to be back next year!😎

Like staying in a 5 star luxury hotel

This is the most beautiful and well furnished condo I have ever stayed in any where!! It is spacious and comfortable with any amenities that you could dream of needing with plenty of storage to put the things you brought with you. Truly, you don’t need to bring much besides your swimsuit because they have thought of everything! And enjoy your coffee on the beautiful balcony with view of the ocean or head down to the beach with the beach chairs they have provided! They are gracious and helpful if you need anything!! Awesome unit and folks to rent from!! We will be back!!!

Relax and Unwind

What a lovely well stocked Condo. The condo looks just like the online pictures. The complex grounds, beach, pool and hot tub were perfect for our relaxing stay. We have been vacationing along Gulf Blvd from Indian Rocks Beach to Maderia Beach for a decade. This was one of our favorite places to stay by far. We enjoyed a few happy hours on the patio watching the birds come in at sunset to roost for the night. Alina was so helpful and checked on us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. What a wonderful vacation after the hectic holidays.

Excellent commuication with owner!

Very comfortable accomodation for my family of 6. Great parking, easy access to beach, updated/convenient kitchen, and exactly as pictured in the photos! Excellent communication with the homeowner!!! She sent info re: the condo in a timely manner, and even encouraged a phone conversation with her directly as our arrival date approached. When I called, I felt as if I had met a friend. Provided explicit instructions on how to access the unit verbally, and then sent all codes, address, where to park etc via email 3 weeks before our stay. She told me she would be out of town for Christmas during our stay, and provided info on how to contact her if needed. Would definitely recommend at stay!

Handicap Accessable a definate Nope

Before hand, I had asked about entry to a bedroom with an wheelchair and was given accurate information that it was possible to reach one bed with a wheelchair. The failure in communication as that not being able to get to either bathroom entry with a wheelchair was not relayed. Also, entry to the condo was a tight squeeze with the wheelchair I had and would often scrape on the walls to get through. On our way to the condo I had gotten a email stating to call roughly an hour ahead of arrival to get the entry code to the front door then after receiving that code to call back on arrival at the condo to get the entry code for the door. My brother n aw had called without problem and gooten the entry door code and was told to call abck after he gotten to the condo door. He called back along with 3 or 4 others of us along with the vrbo company to no success. So, after waiting 3 to 4 hours with no return call and $00 of grocerise unloaded sitting on a cart my brother n law had to repack everything due to the vrbo company had found other accomadations for the night. we were then in the process of going toward that hotel when my brother n law had gotten a called from the owner. It so happened after my brother n law ggotten to the front door of the condo the owner had gotten on a plane for being the reason why nobody could reach her, All communication came through my email. Looking back on the vrbo site the codes were sent on dec 2nd but I or any other member of the party was aware of this. For, directions for the codes were directly off of my text messages. Beyond all of the lack of communication issues and handicap issues, this condo overlooks a bird sanctuary so there is no need for an alarm.. Just as described and more

Everything was great! The condo was just as said in description. The only the the bird sanctuary next door was loud and smelled awful. It was great to have the access to the beach things so we did not have to bring them with us. Beach was great too, not crowded and a great quiet place for the family. Very close to Clearwater for places to eat and shop.

We live in Tampa, visit our second home often, and plan to move there when we retire. We have decorated and remodeled the condo to offer all the comforts of a home away from home. We gather here with family and friends often, and have built many cherished memories of our times together at 'our' beach, and hope you and your loved ones can do the same!

The Gulf beaches are just stunning, calm clear waters with an array of colors, wild life, colorful shells, and miles of peaceful white sand beaches; yet we are within walking distance of fine dining, unique shops, and many water sports and amenities, including day cruises such as Deep Water Fishing, Casino Cruises, Dolphin Watching and children's cruises, water sports, great entertainment and fresh local seafood restaurants. We enjoy our family getaways and hope to share our beautiful beaches and home with our guests. We live in Tampa, just about 45 minutes away from the condo, and bought this property as our second home. Our aim is to make our guests feel this is a second home to them as well. Many of our guests and repeat customers year after year.

Only 30 minutes to Tampa and 1.5 hours to Disney World. Our building is one of the best on the beach, with Resort like pool deck, heated pool, jacuzzi and pool deck overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have your own assigned covered free parking, and also plenty of free visitors's parking. Leave your car parked, and take the local trolley, which stops in the front of our building, and takes you to all the beaches. Visit the new Dali Museum in St. Petersburg , the lively restaurants of Clearwater Beach or go shopping at John's Pass. Walk miles and miles of white sand beaches, or fish on the Gulf of Mexico, collect shells, take a stroll for an ice cream, or walk to The Friendly Tavern, with its local tiki bar opened during the day, and fun karoke nights, and walk back home (only three blocks away). Enjoy the adjacent Bird Sanctuary with free admissions. Experience local restaurants and fresh seafood, or sit back with sand between your toes, relax, and enjoy our spectacular sunsets!
