Perfect spot for Spring Break

Made last minute reservation for Spring Break and was taken with the layout and the pool, such a perfect break for the sunny day and property was close to everything!

Comfortable home in a nice location

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The games kept everyone occupied, beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen well equipped, and location was in a quieter area but still close to lots of places. Couldn’t use the pool much since it wasn’t heated but we still had a great time.

Weekend soccer tournament

We were in town for a long weekend soccer tournament and this house was perfect for us! House was clean and communication with host was great. Kids and teens loved the games in the front room and we enjoyed using the outdoor seating area on the back porch.

Wonderful Family Week

Inside of the house was lovely and spacious. The neighborhood was very nice, clean and safe. Overall it was a great location for our family needs. The music museum was outstanding. One almost needed two days to see it all. Jami the property owner was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks

Family baseball trip

Very nice home!! Just as advertised, very clean and host was very hospitable. This a fun family getaway home with games and areas where family can just hangout. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our spring training getaway!! Thank you!

Clean, modern, and comfortable

Very nice home with everything we needed to cook for and entertain our grandkids! Beds were very comfy. Big soaker tub was great for bath time. The kids loved playing all the games with us.

NOT WELL KEPT

The inside was nice and clean. Can't change the AC it's set @ 72 and can't be cooler. The outside was a mess! We planned to barbeque and swim but the pool was a dirty, the back and front yard a mess. Weeds everywhere nothing like the pictures. Won't rent this property again.

Phoenix VRBO

1. Master bath no door on shower water on floor 2. Game room light and fan stayed on. Host was contacted and no solution. 3. Not near enough towels for 8 people! Only 2 beach towels for pool. 4. 2 chairs by pool and couch under patio. No lounge chairs. 5. No information about trash disposal. 6. Had to ask for information. Host had no information in house.(usually a paper to tell all information had to contact her many times with reply's that took a while and she doesn't always answer questions). Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on day 3. 7. Grill was Charcoal so we had to purchase it to cook. Cooking took way longer than gas. 8. Metal piece on lawn sticking up. No warning so good thing we saw it. Very dangerous. 9. Pool was freezing. Water on patio daily from leaking pool hose. Been to many VRBO . This was the most difficult with communication and problem solving that we have experienced. One in our group came late and brought extra beach towels which we left. Would not recommend this property even though it was clean and modern.
