We are pleased to welcome you to enjoy our newly established home away from home! Whether you are a family or a couple, a group of friends, a boater, fisherman, hunter, or just some one who wants to step back to a slower pace of life, we hope you love Rock Hall as much as we do in this quiet 3-story getaway. Nothing beats a morning coffee in the hammock chair with the birds’ symphony all around you in the tall pines. Home is located just a half mile or so walk to the bay. Rock Hall is perfect for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, birdwatching & biking.
Wi-Fi & 75” SmartTV in the living room to enjoy the game or a family TV night. Sleeps up to 7, in possibly 8, dining table for 8. Convenient e-locks. Able to accommodate responsible pet owners with hypoallergenic (non-shedding) dogs only. Parking for three vehicles. Kitchen is well-stocked with the basics & outside grill is ready to go . (No parties please as this is located in a development and attached on one side). Property is euipped with a Ring video doorbell at front door.

Perfect Getaway

Extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy place to stay for a weekend trip. The host was great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing and Relaxing Retreat

We came down for the triathalon and had an absolutely fantastic stay. Location is prime and it’s such a fun, nice and quiet spot to get away and unwind for the weekend. Nikol is always absolutely fantastic to work with and made everything as easy as possible

Rock Hall Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. House was very nicely appointed and clean. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to main street, shops and restaurants. Homeowner was very easy to communicate with.

Great Location, Property, and Owner

Wonderful family weekend stay in Rock Hall, MD. Perfect for couples and families. House is squeaky clean and owner is super responsive, friendly, and helpful. House has great layout and TVs, kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils, dishes, etc. Great location and quick walk/drive to Rock Hall water activities and historic area. Neighborhood is great too! This is our second stay and probably not our last.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful family stay at Nikol's home. Convenient location In Rock Hall and to many other Eastern Shore towns. Property and home are very clean and comfortable. Nikol is a great host and easy to communicate with. Would recommend the home for families and couples.

Pirates 2024

This was an adult children vacation for pirate weekend. The property was centrally located and within walking distance to all activities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prep breakfasts. We also made use of the grill and deck "in the trees". Thumbs up!

Very nice property

This is a very clean, very nice house. We really enjoyed staying here. Loved all the little extra touches. Dishwasher pods, soaps, everything needed in the kitchen. Close to town and marinas. The only thing I would have loved to have had was easy recycling. A lot of places don't have it, but I would love to have easy recycling instead of having to take it all home with me. Beautiful stay tucked away in Rock Hall!

We booked this home for the Waterman’s Triathlon Weekend. My wife was racing and I like to have a location close to the event so we don’t have to worry about driving/parking/commuting the morning of and this location was EXACTLY what we were looking for! This home was clean, spacious and homey! We had plenty of room for both of us to work remotely for a full day, great lounging living room and the garage access was a great perk as it gave us space to store all of my wife’s triathlon gear for the weekend! The homeowner provided great communication and also allowed us a late checkout so my wife could get a post race shower in before making the 2+ hour drive home! We look forward to reserving this location again for races in the future! It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to many attractions - including the water!

Great Three Day Family Getaway in Lovely Rock Hall

Great location, walkable and bikeable, to all Rock Hall points of interest. Nikol and her husband are very generous hosts. They allowed us to check in early and even offered a late check out too. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a personal note and bouquet of flowers. They had stocked the fridge with plenty of bottled water and we were pleasantly surprised to see they also offered snacks, Keurig coffee cups, tea, and any condiment you might need for your stay. Very comfortable bedding and towels as well. I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi tub too in the master bath. Our family loves Rock Hall and this is a great option for families looking for a little getaway. Thank you Nikol!

Amazing stay! Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday over President’s Day weekend. The house was absolutely gorgeous and sooo cozy and inviting. It was even better than the pictures and description. While it was only the two of us, there’s plenty of room in the house for a few couples or even two small families. The kitchen is beautiful and modern. The bedroom we stayed in was up on the third floor - king bed - very comfortable and clean. We loved the little balcony off the bedroom (although it was too cold to really stay out there.) We loved being walking distance to the small town of Rock Hall and to the local beach. I’m sure in the summer, more things are open and the town is busier, but we absolutely loved how peaceful and calm it all was. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The host was very kind and responsive. There were bottles of water stocked in the fridge and a shelf of snacks on the counter. She even left me a birthday card! We hope to come back again soon and maybe even bring our kids. One of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in.

From start to beyond finish A+++++++

This home is a must stay! I can not say enough good things about this property. We were visiting Rock Hall for the Pirates and Wenches Festival. From the time we walked in we felt at home. The cleanliness was top notch. The owners had attention to detail to make sure we felt comfortable and they definitely exceeded our expectations. At every turn we were smiling and simply could not believe how well maintained this property is. They even supplied us with essential needs that we may have forgotten or just to make us comfortable (i.e. snacks, water, coffee). The property is a short walk to Watermans's and also to Main Street. We even left a wallet behind and the owner immediately went to the home to look for it for us, found the wallet and even overnighted to us out of their own pocket, still can not say thank you enough for that! Owner responds within moments of sending a message. Just absolutely wonderful people! If you are looking for a home in Rock Hall hands down this is the place to stay!
