In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including an electric range, a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and a dishwasher.
While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather at a dining table for eight.
BED & BATH
This two-level home sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.
The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk, 32” flat-screen TV, baby crib and private balcony with seating for two. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while a third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Beneath the front deck is an outdoor picnic area with a table and a 40” flat-screen TV. This area also includes an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a fun-filled day at the beach -- or for cleaning up the family pet.
A spacious front deck features seating for four, and there is a private balcony off the master bedroom.
Enjoy the community fishing pier, exclusive for residents and renters. In addition, the sparkling community pool is just a short walk away (7-day pool passes are available for $100 for up to 10 guests, payable on-site).
