Le Boathouse at-Labrador Landing est où le charme de bord de mer d'une époque révolue et luxe par excellence d'aujourd'hui. Construit dans les années 1800, le Boathouse est une pièce rare de l'histoire de Provincetown. Entièrement rénové en 2011, le Boathouse offre le summum du luxe Provincetown riveraines hébergement. Profitez de couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et des vues de l'eau incomparables de votre grande terrasse privée ou prendre un bain dans la baie depuis votre terrasse ou lancer un kayak disponibles pour votre usage personnel. Une des rares maisons qui restent dans la ville qui est en porte à faux sur l'eau, vous vous sentirez comme vous êtes sur un bateau pendant que vous profitez des vues dégagées d'eau et le bruit des vagues se brisant doucement sous le pont. Le hangar est équipé de la chaleur et de la climatisation. Il offre une belle surface habitable avec des portes coulissantes face à l'eau, de grandes terrasses sur deux côtés fermés par un charmant palissade (une terrasse privée, un grand pont partagés avec l'un chalet adjacent à coucher), cuisine design et salle de bains, une chambre à coucher queen avec portes en verre rideaux qui permet une vue sur l'eau ou offre une intimité totale. Décoré par un designer local et joliment aménagées avec des draps haut de gamme et mobilier, téléviseur à écran plat, son intégrée tout au long, Internet haute vitesse, laveuse / sécheuse et sur mesure la hauteur du comptoir table et des tabourets. Cuisine bien équipée comprend micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four / cuisinière et Lavazza cappuccino machine. L'extérieur est un multi grill inox brûleur à gaz, douche extérieure, chaises Adirondack coussins, parasol de marché et une magnifique table en teck qui peut accueillir 6 pour manger en plein air ou de divertissement. Boathouse Provincetown

Amazing property - boathouse cantilevered over Provincetown Bay. Nice quiet retreat and yet close enough to restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. Perfect!!

Provincetown Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay very much. The waterfront views were beautiful each day. The boat house was clean, well equipped and cozy. We picked it because we were looking for a dog friendly place directly on the water. We had direct access to the dog friendly beach, a private parking space and short walking distances to restaurants and Commercial street.

Perfect and Picturesque

Quiet West End location with a private enclosed deck and direct beach access. The layout of the condo feels comfortable and spacious, and maximizes the unbelievable view of the sun rising and setting over the bay. Can’t wait to stay again!

PTown Hideway

This is an unusual property. It is in the West End; it feels like you’re living on Cape Cod Bay, almost like being on a boat; thoughtfully outfitted for enjoying the space. Quiet, yet convenient to downtown. Great escape.

Beautiful Water front home

Labrador Landing is the prettiest spot in PTown. Lynn was great and handled the leaking water heater by putting us up at another wonderful property. Everything was perfect. We live PTown and have been vacationing there for many years. Sooooo dog friendly! Thanks Lynn!

Outstanding!

We love everything about this little cottage/boathouse - it's beautifully designed, both inside and out; it has everything you need, and best of all is its location - right on the bay, with a private deck and gorgeous views. Lyn, the host, is incredibly thoughtful, responsible, and responsive - even proactive! - She reached out to us to make sure we felt comfortable in the face of a looming cyclone/tropical storm, and she even offered to house us elsewhere to ride it out, if we didn't feel safe. We stayed put, and were happy and perfectly fine, as was the property. But as a host, she went over the top to take care of us and make sure we had a great time. We did! We've already booked for next year!

This.Place.Is.Gorgeous.

We’ve been coming to Ptown for many many years and we have to say this was our favorite place ever. Ever. Perfectly designed and decorated. Incredibly well-appointed kitchen. The attention to detail in this place is very much appreciated. The private deck will make you want to never leave. The adjacent shared deck will invite you to enjoy time with your neighbors staying in the cottage next door. (We had lovely neighbors and made great new friends.) Kayak from the deck with ease. High tide comes right up under the deck and the sound of the water lapping under the deck and the smell of salt air permeating your senses combine for a mesmerizing experience. High quality deck umbrella to escape the heat if necessary. Very romantic place. Toast your spouse/partner on the deck watching the sunset. Marvel at the sunrise with your nespresso. Get a reservation at Sal’s Place for dinner on the deck just down the street (for your best dinner in Ptown). Also just down the street is Relish for morning pastries and delicious sandwiches for your lunch on the deck or your picnic at the beach (bike to boys beach or take the long point shuttle for a beautiful time). If tea dance is your thing it is very close by. The quiet and charm of the west end makes for a very relaxing trip. Host communication was perfect. Check in was effortless. Excellent wi-Fi and cable. I can’t say enough. If you can’t have a beautiful relaxing week at this place, I am concerned for you. Book now. Enjoy!

Best view of the harbour

Although tiny, the location and view can't be beaten. We packed lightly knowing there was a washer and dryer in the unit but the washer wasn't working which was disappointing. We needed to take time to wait for the repair guy (who never showed up) and eventually had to do our laundry elsewhere. The property manager was traveling but the backup manager was very responsive and accommodating. Other than the laundry issue, this was a wonderful place to stay.

Heaven!

This was a beautifully designed, gorgeous cottage right on the bay with a spectacular view! The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and her thoughtful and tasteful attention to every detail is apparent in the kitchen amenities, the dishware, supplies, and the decor throughout the boathouse and the deck. We have already booked for next year!

Beautiful boathouse on the water, with a private deck. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need! Perfect location in the West End, close to everything but private and tucked away. Excellent for traveling with a water-loving dog! Even has an outdoor shower/washing area.

Boathouse is stunning

One of my favorite rentals in Ptown, hands down. This cottage is absolutely lovely and the setting and view cannot be beat. Outdoor space is unbelievable. Cottage is well stocked. Bed is comfy; definitely on the softer side if that is your preference. Great to have the parking spot. VERY dog friendly, as well. Lyn is responsive and easy to work with, as well. Would stay here again and again.

Best quintessential getaway for 2

We’ve been coming to the cape off and on for many years but never stayed here because we always had our kids and this one is really only big enough for two. But it was finally just my husband and I and we had the most amazing time. The boathouse meant we could enjoy high tide and hearing the waves under us at night …but also low tide and walking right out or enjoying a private deck and stunning view.. the charm and feel of the boathouse was unlike any other..… simply perfect if you want that nautical by the sea feeling. It was perfect for two….the bedroom w glass doors looks right out into the family room but also the deck yet it felt cozy despite an open studio feel but had a bathroom w access to the bathroom separate from the bedroom which is always nice. The owner thought of everything you’d ever want….. it even has a washer and dryer tucked away. The furniture on the private deck has an umbrella and great seating… you share a larger deck w the Labrador landing cottage… larger picnic table and access to an outdoor shower…but you can enjoy your own private deck separate from the larger one if you want. Steps right down to the sand or water at high tide was a treasure.. along with the view across to the lighthouses. It was a quick walk to the Relish (a deli and breakfast place for quick sando or pastries) the Red Inn and jetty (to hike the breakwater stones) is down the road. Also the bike shop was a 5 min walk away so we never needed a car. We biked all up and down commercial - the location was perfect. I loved every thing about this rental - the detail …white headboard everywhere and special nautical touches made it simply the perfect getaway. I will always go back!

The location was spectacular and our vacation was wonderful.

Nothing major to report. It was comfortable and clean. The little things reported were addressed. I wished they had let me know a real coffee maker was in a cabinet because the nespresso coffee maker isn’t what a coffee drinker wants. We managed - I sent hubby for coffee. R coffee every morning. 😉
