Profitez de ce condo 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain en bord de mer avec un balcon face au golfe qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 lorsque vous séjournez au 611 Starboard Village. Ce spacieux condo face au golfe est idéalement situé à côté de la piscine communautaire et à quelques pas de la promenade des dunes de la plage. Les équipements de la propriété comprennent des comptoirs de cuisine en granit, 1 place dans le garage, une piscine communautaire, une terrasse communautaire et un balcon privé.

Le 611 Starboard Village, situé au 1111 Fort Pickens Road, est un bel endroit pour chérir des moments privés avec vos proches. Trouvez et imprégnez-vous dans le cadre tranquille, laissez-vous inspirer par les vagues de l'océan et restez à proximité du site historique, Fort Pickens. Ce condo de 1600 pieds carrés est idéalement situé à côté de la piscine communautaire et dispose également d'un balcon face au golfe.

Nous avons un minimum de 2 à 4 nuits, sauf du 30 mai 2020 au 15 août 2020, qui est un séjour minimum de 7 nuits, du samedi au samedi uniquement.

Remarque: Les frais de propriété de 50 $ sont en fait des frais d'exonération des dommages accidentels. Actuellement, VRBO ne nous permet pas de saisir des frais personnalisés dans un champ de texte gratuit. Property needs a deep clean— vents, baseboards etc. Vertical blinds in one bedroom are broken and rigged by using broken verticals upside down to repair.Keyless entry would be so much more efficient.3 almost full TP rolls and1 roll of paper towel barely got us started. Also 2 dishwasher pods wasnt near enough

We love starboard

The starboard village is a nice place to stay. We love the location. The condos are so convenient to the beach and not a far drive from the boardwalk.We will definitely continue to try to stay at starboard in the future. We have stayed there in the past. I was disappointed with check-in process that we had to pick up a key, which was in our envelope. The envelope did not contain our parking pass. So we did have to message about getting one of those so that we didn’t get towed. We were told that they would drop one off the next day, but they didn’t and we had to ask again when they would drop this off. They made it sound like it wasn’t a huge deal at this time of year, however, that didn’t make us feel any less comfortable about our vehicle, possibly being towed. We did inquire about early access, which is of course not guaranteed but was told that we could get in early, then because the guests were staying longer that changed, which is understandable. We were then told that we would be still allowed to get in a little early and that we would be notified when this would be accessible, but was not notified at all once the cleaning crew finally left. Overall, the facility was nice, I have stayed in other condos at starboard where they have had beach chairs, etc., for you to use on the beach and this one did not. We had to rent from a third-party for the week. So that was an additional cost. These are things I will look at in the future when returning.

Great Location and so comfortable

Every thing was as advertised. The beach was awesome and the views were amazing. Lots to do and tons of restaurants. We will definitely return.

611 Starboard Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful experience. I do want to mention there is no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs to enter the condo, and to go to the pool and beach. The beach is close and easy access. This condo is nicely situated for viewing the ocean or pool. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful, the sand is white as snow and the water is beautiful shades of blue and greens. There are lots of shells on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The twin mattresses leave something to be desired, very uncomfortable. When driving to the condo be sure to use the toll bridge to save approx. 45 minutes, so change your settings to accept toll routes. We were short a couple bath towels and wash clothes and Pensacola Beach Rentals was quick to correct the issue. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location with easy beach access

Overall a very pleasant trip. HOA is very strict and watch the kids very closely to make sure they follow all rules. If you family is like mine and like hearding cats you might have complaints.

Accommodating, Comfortable, Location & Great Staff!

Instructions when we arrived were clear & simple. Liked the fact we had a garage and parking space. Appreciated the large supple of dishes, kitchen utensils (& coffee filters), plenty of bathroom towels, extra garbage bags, etc…I love being able to do multiple loads of wash throughout the week… This was a comfortable condo! Master bedroom was huge, bed was very comfortable! Very spacious & family could retreat to their own spaces! Furniture was comfortable & clean. Location was perfect! Your decks overlook the waves!(bottom level doesn’t get the full effect because of the sand dunes but, we could still see the ocean and waves) It was an easy walk to the beach. You are far enough away from the boardwalk but, close enough to walk if desired! Great staff! Communicated well, responded to requests. The maintenance gentleman seemed to give his whole heart to making the facility as comfortable as possible! Customer service is a lost art these days, however, this rental has mastered it….so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

We wish there would have been screens on the two patio doors. The second bedroom double size mattress was not very comfortable. A ceiling light over the dining room table would have been appreciated as well. There were no beach chairs in the unit’s garage space. As to cleanliness: every rental I’ve ever stayed in is usually surface clean. We did sweeping and vacuuming on our last day with the broom and vacuum in the front closet. Upon moving the couches back to vacuum we saw food we didn’t have on our stay and general dirt. Being a former residential cleaner, I think the units in general should be deep cleaned between guests. It was clean but I’d just like to see a little more attention to detail. I’m giving you an honest review because you’ve asked for one. I’m not complaining.

It was clean, every bedroom had its own bathroom, it faced the beach/Gulf, and was close to the pool. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded. The condo had everything we could need and was very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend it at would stay there again.

Great place to stay

This was a great condo. It was next to the pool and short distance to the beach. We had a couple minor issues through our stay and they responded quickly both times. The master bed was soft, although I'm used to a harder bed I still slept very well. I was told the other beds were similar. I am used to renting condos with keypad entry. This used physical keys. You do have to go to their location to pick up and drop off, but that was within a 6 min drive.
