A beautiful, newly renovated two bedroom, two bath villa with an open loft upstairs. This quaint cottage is close to many of Seabrook Island's amenities. It is nestled under beautiful Live Oak and Palmetto trees. Close to so many of Seabrook Island's amenities, yet removed from the hustle and bustle of the main island streets. This cottage is located less than a mile from Boardwalk nine and Pelican Beach and approximately 1.2 miles from the main Beach Club area. Here you find the ocean front Beach Club pools and bar, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, Osprey Cafe and the Seabrook Shoppe. The Island House and two 18 hole golf courses are here, as well. Hop on your bike and be a part of it all within minutes.
Head up the cottage's front stairs to the welcoming front porch. Adirondack chairs make a great spot to start your day with some coffee! The front door opens into an open floor plan. Off to the right is the brand new fully stocked kitchen. There are new stainless steel appliances, Quartz counters and custom cabinets. The dining area has a large table with seating for six and opens into the great room. In the great room the family can gather to watch the 60 inch Smart TV. Vaulted ceilings make this space feel very spacious. Off of the great room is the sun room. Three walls of windows flood this room with natural light. Hang out on the sofa with a good book, enjoy evening cocktails in this room, or deal out a game of cards at the round dining table! There is a door leading to the large back deck. Enjoy the warm morning sunrise and breakfast out here as you plan the day's activities for the family. You may spot a deer or two while you are out there!
This property has two main bedrooms on the first floor and a loft upstairs. In the primary en-suite bedroom, peacefully sleep on the King bed. There is a wall mounted TV and ceiling fan. The private bath has ship-lapped walls and a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom has access to the full hall bath. The bath has been renovated with ship-lapped walls and a tub/shower combo. Just outside the bath is the laundry nook with its stacked washer and dryer. All the bathrooms have blow dryers. Head up to the loft and find 2 twin beds.
Under the cottage is ample space for parking and the propane gas grill. The owners have also provided beach chairs and cooler to make your stay complete. This great vacation get away makes a wonderful space to vacation with your family and create lasting memories!

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
This lovely cottage is so close to all Seabrook offers. The Beach Club pools, Island House restaurants/bars, and golf are only 1.2 miles from this home. To play tennis or lounge by the Lake House pool, head the other way down Seabrook Island Road to the Lake House and Tennis Center. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
